"El hotel está muy bien, los empleados son muy majos (a destacar el somelier mallorquin) y el spa es súper recomendable. Por otro lado, en nuestra opinión, es un concepto de lujo algo caduco. Y, comparado con hoteles de precio similar en Dolomitas, el desayuno es limitado (poca fruta aparte de manzana y pera; buffet de quesos muy pequeño, etc) y no hay ningún snack incluido a mediodía para cuando vienes de esquiar. Y, por último, la cena incluida en el precio es un menú bastante cerrado en el que encima tienes que elegir entre no comer entrante o no comer postre. Hay cuatro platos y tienes que elegir tres. En nuestra opinión, es mejor poner solo tres platos y así quedas mejor. Si quieres los cuatro, tienes que pagar un extra. Un detalle un poco cutre para un hotel de cinco estrellas."

"The location is excellent. Because I have allergies, the carpet was very bad for me. It was old and I think it couldn't be cleaned anymore. Otherwise everything was clean. We had to take my dogs with us unexpectedly because the dog sitter all over suddenly didn't want to take care of my dogs anymore. In your hotel you didn't cause any problems but were just understanding and I appreciate that very much. Otherwise we should have left.   In the restaurant a special table was made for us and my four-legged friends. They were all very sweet and very friendly to my Caisy and Flocky. The service from the restaurant was a 5 plus. We really enjoyed the menu: everything was very good. I have traveled and lived in 5 star plus hotels all over the world my whole life and I know when people give service and are professionals. But the human touch is still very rare. Someone I/we would like to thank especially for her help is Kiara or Ciara. She had the personal, very professional service that you hardly find anymore. I don't know how she did it, but even though it's the time of year when everything is fully booked and everyone is under stress, she made time for all of the customers and still didn't make anyone wait. She saw so many little things and helped with them, not just for us but for all of her customers. I have rarely seen anyone so friendly, helpful and professional. She already knew what the customers needed and took care of it before we even said it. I would like to thank her again for everything she did for us. We both agreed that when we come back to this area, we will come back to you just because of Kiara. (I think that's how you spell it). Kind regards Monique ter Meulen"

"El hotel es una propiedad de gestión familiar gestionada por la familia Matti. ¡El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad y no se trata de un hotel de gran calidad! Aquí está el hotel, donde se encuentra el hotel. Nos habíamos reservado suites grandes, limpias y el baño equipado con un cubic de ducha, que también actuó como un vapor y hamam (ahora esto era algo único) y nos disfrutamos de ella todas las mañanas. La ubicación es agradable, un poco lejos de la carretera, para darle una agradable y agradable experiencia de estancia, pero a sólo 12 minutos a pie de la promenade y la estación de tren. Nos pasamos horas sentados allí y disfrutar de la belleza suiza. "

"Perfecto hotel familiar para disfrutar en Gstaad todos los años. Lo reservamos con mucha antelación porque solo abre algo menos de medio año al año. La mejor época para ir es desde finales de junio a principios de septiembre por el clima. Siempre elegimos la séptima planta (última) para alojarnos por las vistas espectaculares desde esa altura. Del Palace Spa me quedo con la piscina cubierta. De toda la restauración con Le Grill por su alta cocina y música en directo amenizando la comida. El club nocturno del hotel GreenGo es magnífico y en realidad es la única disco de todo Gstaad. Me encantan las pequeñas boutiques que hay dentro del hotel como la de relojería Phillips perpetual. No salimos del hotel durante toda la estancia. Todo lo teníamos dentro. El servicio es único desde que llegamos, recuerdan todos nuestros gustos y detalles de estancias anteriores. Volvemos cada año. Mucha gracias."
