"Pasé cinco noches aquí en Semana Santa, visitando a mis parientes que viven cerca. El hotel es una joya escondida: realmente hermoso, antiguo, tranquilo; con una vista panorámica magnífica de Roma, especialmente de noche. El personal es muy agradable, amigable y brinda ayuda siempre que es necesario. El desayuno está bien, no hay mucha variedad, pero para mí es lo suficientemente bueno. Sin duda volveré la próxima vez que visite Roma/Grottaferrata."

"Booked a one night stay on our way south. The positives are the hotel itself is beautiful. Attention to detail in the decor is stunning. Our room most pleasant. Problems were the lack of customer service provided to their guests. I sent an email to request a reservation in the taverna. Never received a reply/acknowledgment and when we arrived at the taverna there was no reservation. We arrived at 8:00 pm and we notified the hotel of the time of our arrival. Parking across the street a fellow in an orange vest helped with our luggage to the door. It was locked. He went to the taverna of the hotel to indicate guests had arrived. No one came to the door. He went a second time - no one came as we stood in the street with luggage. I rang the bell that I then saw and a staff member came to the door. Check in wasn’t welcoming, friendly nor informative. He took our passports and gave us a room key and showed us the elevator. No explanation about breakfast, wi fi, parking, nothing. When we dropped off our luggage to head to the taverna it was apparent we had interrupted his dinner! The taverna is beautiful. Food was very good. However our waiter without asking charged our meal in our own currency rather than euros which is a benefit to the taverna and certainly not to us. Overall the hotel is beautiful but I wouldn’t stay again as there is no customer service."

"The villa is very beautiful and elegant although the garden is not very well kept. completely inadequate staff, considering that to get our room we had to wait almost an hour beyond the check-in time because they were still redoing it. very thorough cleaning of the rooms, having found food residue on the floor as soon as we entered. quite meager and basic breakfast with leftover doves and Easter eggs!!! the request for a daily surcharge for a baby playpen without a mattress but filled only with sheets at the base is unacceptable. basically a cot was paid 10 euros per night without being able to use it. The only positive note was the kindness of the Sri Lankan boy and the Ukrainian lady. for the asking price (almost 200 euros per night) we expect much, much more. Sin!"

"...en mi viaje a los Castillos Romanos!! ...con un viaje organizado por una agencia de mi ciudad!! ...Pasé tres noches en este hotel!! ...es Park Hotel Villa Ferrata!! ...por lo que me encuentro en Grottaferrata!! ...a unos pocos kilómetros de Roma!! ...la ubicación es realmente fantástico!! ...hotel de tres estrellas!! ...localizado en un parque secular!! ...immenso!! ...de hecho, se pueden ver jardines con fuentes!! ...una piscina al aire libre!! ... una capilla interior!! ...y elegantes salas!! ...me quedé con tratamiento de pensión media!! ...por lo que tenía la noche!! ...cina y desayuno!! ...mi habitación estaba limpia!! ...acogedor y caliente!! ...en cuanto a la cena!! ...todo super!! ...con personal profesional!! ...amable y disponible!! ...he dado una estrella en menos!! ...en cuanto al desayuno!! ...a las 7 y 45 de la mañana!! ...el yogurt había terminado!! ...no había más!! ...por lo tanto!! ...no era posible restaurarlo!! ...que decir!! ...la única nota negativa la falta de yogur al desayuno!! ...por el resto he sido bueno!! ...He sido satisfecha también por el hecho de que no comer carne!! ...por lo que siempre he tenido la variante!! ...no hay nada que decir!! ...por el resto!! ...sí!! ...me diría que Park Hotel Villa Ferrata es sin duda un buen punto de referencia!! ...si quieres girar entre los castillos romanos!! ...sin hacer muchos kilómetros para mover!! ... Grottaferata!! ... para vivir!! ...🏨🍛🛏️🍽️🎉⬆️🇮🇹👍🏨‼️"
