Atmosphere was warm and inviting upon entering. However, in the room nothing smelled clean or fresh. And they are definitely overpriced. Why I would not go back - when my daughter pulled back her blanket, there were small smears of a brown substance on the white sheets. Need I say more?

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I understand that hotels can be old and not updated, and I understand that it's covid times and maybe finding help is hard. But this room was ABSOLUTELY not acceptable to have people stay in- it's honestly a health hazzard and I'll probably be reaching out to the health department next. There was trash from previous occupants still on the ground, the air conditioning unit aws blowing so much mold or mildew into the room that I immediately had a full blown asthma attack and had to go outside to use my rescue inhaler, there was mold on the towels for the bathroom, mold and mildew all over the tub, and no screen in the window when we tried to air out the mustiness. This hotel should not be on your website, and should not be in business period until they can fix these issues. Disappointed is an understatement- because of this I had to take benadryl before attending a wedding which made me groggy and out of it, then had to return back to the hotel and sleep with a wide open window allowing bugs in and no relief in the heat.

Room was absolutely disgusting with garbage in the corners of the rooms, hair in the bathroom/shower, sink didn’t drain, stained sheets, dead bugs, and the mini fridge wasn’t plugged in and smelled awful. Told management at the front desk and was given another room that still wasn’t the greatest but was WAY better than the first. Management was very nice and apologized repeatedly for the first room we were given and even gave us a partial refund but because we booked thru *******, it’s almost impossible to get the “refund” since we used a third party. Tried to contact ******* by phone and their messaging service, but that was a complete joke because they couldn’t “find” our itinerary confirmation # or reservation for that matter. Lesson learned to NEVER book a nonrefundable room and to never book thru ******* because there customer service is nonexistent. Management was the only positive outcome in this experience and thankfully we were only staying the night.

It is old and tired from the outside. Lobby had an odor. Looking in the room windows from parking lot-nasty curtains. We did not stay. It is in a good location for the sub base. Overpriced for what you get, the management should refresh the property.

Un hôtel de charme type « vielle Angleterre ». Très au calme, avec de magnifiques chambres spacieuses et propres. Les nombreuses salles de réception permettent des fêtes, des mariages, etc… j’allais oublier un petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu’il faut : salé, sucré, des fruits, une préparation maison de granula à tomber par terre, des viennoiseries, etc… Nous y étions pour un mariage : la salle de réception est bien agencée et la salle de petit-déjeuner est spacieuse.
