Having visited this Premier Inn before we knew what to expect. Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. My one complaint is with the quality of the hand towel. It was very thin and had a hole in it. I would use this towel for housework, not give it to a guest.

The food was excellent both evening meal and breakfast it was cooked and presented perfectly. Our waitress in the morning was Jannine and the chef was called Drew who both did a fantastic job. We would recommend this Premier Inn restaurant and look forward to our next visit. Alvin & Wendy Patten.

Bath was dirty on the sides (realised 3h after checking in) and one light was not working however to me this was not the main issue. Once I came home I come to find out I have a YEAST INFECTION and my partner developed a rash around his bottom and private . The cleanliness was disgusting to say the least. I am extremley upset that I had to pay for this type of experience. I work in a hotel so i understand why the housekeeping department would be in a rush to clean rooms however if there is a lack of staff it’s the company’s job to hire them so that THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN

Lovely stay. Jannine was our waitress in the restaurant, she was lovely. Everyone was made to feel welcome. Well done Jannine, you worked hard and were so polite and helpful to everyone. A lovely stay, for our first trip to Grimsby. Beds were comfortable, very quiet and a good night's sleep! What more could you want??

Went into pennels on Tuesday to get a few plants with spring being just around the corner. We've always brought our plants from here. They tend to be slightly more expensive than other places but you know you will be getting quality plants. Whilst there we popped in for some lunch. The food is always nice. However I do find the manager to be very abrupt, verging on rude. Staff seem to be stood around talking and at one point saw them on their phones whilst tables needed clearing. This attitude let's down an otherwise enjoyable experience at a very good garden centre

the staff were really nice especially Jannine running the bar by herself yet still serving beverages and food at an amazing speed and even took a family photo for us. Overall great experience would recommend made our trip to cleethorpes that little bit more special.

Very nice clean rooms with plenty of space. The beds and bedding were very comfy. The meals and service were excellent in the adjacent pub. We were looked after by Jannine who we found to be very helpful and friendly. We would definitely go again.

Love the soft pillows and hubby loves the firm ones so win win. We love the comfortable mattress that we now have one at home. Visited The Haven this evening and was very happy to see Jannine, she is just the most friendly genuine person credit to the company. We will definitely come back.
