While there’s no cable service, feel free to log in to your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) using your credentials via the built-in VIZIO Smart TV. Kitchenette & Cooking Essentials The space includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and other essentials for light cooking. Need groceries? You’re just minutes from several supermarkets: • Kroger • Publix • Walmart —all within a 10-minute drive. Heating & Cooling Nearby Destinations & Drive Times • Downtown Atlanta – 10–15 mins • Truist Park / The Battery ATL – 25 mins • Hartsfield-Jackson Airport – 15 mins • Six Flags Over Georgia – 20 mins House Rules • No smoking inside the unit — A $500 cleaning fee applies for violations. • All guests must be listed on the reservation. • Please avoid loud or disruptive behavior — violations may result in cancellation of your stay.
