Extended Stay America Select Suites - Greenville - Airport

This hotel was dark and had an odd smell. The elevator and floors in general did not look like they had been cleaned in a few days. My room was not that bad and looked fairly clean except for the smell. The huge negative was that the front desk worker attempted to enter my room at 3:15am in the morning. They knocked loudly on the door and then proceeded to open the door before I could answer, because I was asleep. The only reason they did not enter was because of the secondary door stop that I had engaged. The front desk employee was shocked and started laughing talking to someone else in the hallway and tried to continue to push the door open. When I asked who it was the employee stated that the system showed the room was empty and when I called the front desk shortly after the same person said the system showed I never checked in. The charge for the room was on my card and I had a key card for the room. It was given to me that afternoon at 12pm. I had checked in. The employee apologized but acted like it was no big deal. I have never had this experience before anywhere. I checked out that morning to change to another hotel. They did fully refund me.

This is a rough one. Avoid it. There is almost no staff at the hotel, so I am not blaming the hotel staff for anything, but the building is full of criminals that are breaking into people's rooms in order to abuse and exploit them. These same characters are going around saying it's not illegal, or pretending people are OK with it. These are criminals. Report them.

I had an amazing stay the room was clean and it was peaceful! The staff was very nice and accommodating! I would stay here again! I would recommended any family or friends to also stay at this location. Next time I visit I will make sure to book again

i stayed here last week while visiting my family, the customer service is always amazing. kayah is the greatest , she’s so sweet. every time i stay here, and see her she’s always so nice to me. my room was beautiful too , i love staying here. i will be a life long customer

Clean, Friendly, Convenient. Will stay again in the future. I have no complaints the check in and check out is hassle free. The staff was always willing to answer my questions. My room was clean and quiet. Shopping centers and restaurants near the building

This is the best Extended StayAmerica in the area. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. There’s a full-size kitchen with an oven in it the only hotel in the area that has an oven. It’s safe it’s within walking distance of lots of shopping and lots of food, I recommend if you’re staying in the Greenville area you definitely stay here. The rooms feel like more of a studio apartment than a hotel room!!

This hotel is gross. I don't think my room was even cleaned as I found a pair of dirty men's' underwear hanging on the back of my bathroom door. The lock was practically falling off and I had to buy a portable door lock to feel safe. The front desk refunded me 1 night for the dirty man underwear, but never heard a reply from customer service when I told them about this problem. I have videos of the dirty room/hotel if anyone is interested.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff was very friendly. My room was very clean and had no issues with room. It had a full kitchen but I did not use as I was visiting family. I would definitely stay again

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and informative. There was a lot of restaurants near the hotel that were in walking distance. I only stayed for 3 nights, as I was in town for a meeting, I usually stay at Marriott properties but all were booked. Pleasantly surprised
