The Retreat is a great spacious place ready for its next guests. It is perfect for celebrations, vacations, and allows the opportunity to work from home. It is ideal for travel nurses, healthcare professionals, and students due to proximity to hospital, Brody Med, and ECU; all 10 minutes away. There are also numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping stores within close proximity. You’ll have the entire space to yourself equipped with keyless entry, full kitchen, and a private patio.

This is a non smoking Property. There will be a $200 cleaning fee for guest that smoke in the home.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Just as described
Nice and clean, and loved the towels and little touches/amenities for bathrooms. It was a great spot for us to have a home base while visiting family.

The Retreat is a very nice, well appointed three bedroom unit right in the edge of Greenville in the Winterville community. Very convenient to the medical campus, downtown, great restaurants, golf courses, shopping and whatever else might suit your fancy. The unit was immaculately clean and management is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Excellent hospitality and if we are ever in the Greenville area again it will be our go-to place to stay.
