Stayed at this location over night when going to an event in the area with my family. Everything was going well until one family member woke up that morning with bites on her arm thinking maybe it was a mosquito because they itched we didnt mention it as we checked out, by the time we got home (3 hr drive) another family member noticed small itching bite marks on her body.At this time it was Saturday evening. Upon returning to work on Monday we had a healthcare professional look at the bites and it was stated they looked like bed bug bites due to placement and size. We called Monday morning to speak to manager and was questioned as to why we were just calling on Monday. At that time Joyce mentioned she was the manager of this property and another, and that she would check into it..She returned a phone call about an hour later and said we checked the room we didnt see anything and said yea well maybe its an allergic reaction and just blew me off..another call was made by my mother the following day to speak to another manager because we both are suffering from bites of some sort from this hotel and are continuously being dismissed and it is unacceptable. I frequent the Marriott brand and have never dealt with this level of disregard for the customers health and lack of follow up. we are still waiting for a call from Susan in regards to this manner.

Only 3 employees at this location are good. The older breakfast lady, the nice gentleman that is the house man and the nice guy that works at night. Terrible customer service, bad area, crime area of town. The hotel lacks too much to put into words. Most of the time, during the day, there is no one at the front desk and you have to wait awhile for her to come back from outside or somewhere. My 2nd trip here and my last one. Had bugs mouths ago and no even contact me. Hole opening in the walls and no one even check them out. While there last week, i got a call from my credit card company in reference to added charge and i never made any purchases not would i pay 4 dollars for a 1-dollar drink. Very crime neighborhood and appears to be other activity of crime all around. People walking thru the parking lot all during the days and night. But the customer service and lack of guest services take it from the brand. Terrible service. My credit card had to be replaced for possible fraud while we are traveling. Beware of this hotel. You are not treated as a member or even as a guest. My wife had to beg for a bottle of water from the lady at the front desk. We will not stay here again. We wished we had drove to somewhere else.

Our family traveled for volleyball and stayed here. We had ants all over the sink and desk area. We tried calling the front desk that evening but there was no answer. The other family members also had ants. When we reported this at check out the front desk just said they weren’t aware of an ant problem and got an attitude about it. The rooms are also way too small to have a sofa bed pull out. When you pull it out there is no room to walk so if you happen to need to get up during the night you will have to crawl over someone depending on which side of the bed you are on.
