Check in was awful. I had made a reservation for a room through a third-party website, which is called Trip. I called the hotel before I arrived at the hotel checking to see if there were any rooms available to check into the same night and to see if there were any mandatory incidental fees or deposits upon checking in. everything went smoothly upon arriving at the hotel. There was a guest in front of me standing in line checking in and it seemed they were having some type of difficulty with the computer.  so I sat down in the lobby on the couch and watching TV and ate my food and I was rudely interrupted by the front desk worker and she asked me what do I want instead of asking if she can help me. I mean upon arriving at the hotel, and Uber dropped me off, and I said in front of the hotel and booked my room before walking into the hotel.
