Suite B at The Franklin is the entire main floor with 2 full BA, kitchen, king BR queen BR, dining, 2 living rms, & option to rent the entire house! Our home is located in beautiful Greene County, "Gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains," which is conveniently located near Charlottesville, the Shenandoah National Park (lots of hiking and outdoor adventure), many antique/craft shops, wineries, breweries and FRESH AIR!
The space
Suite B is on the main floor, with a newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances, tile floors and custom cabinets, spacious dining room, massive living room with bar, a second smaller living room and a sitting room. Our cozy king bed and hotel sheets will invite you to kick back, relax and stay a while.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Quiet hours are 9pm-8am. No fires (In fireplaces, candles, etc.). Guests agree to provide valid proof of identity (US DL, state ID card, or passport)..No guests/visitors except those named in res. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when inside/outside at all times.,* Guests staying 3+ weeks (rental app, credit check, criminal check, lease, and deposit) w/in 24 hrs of reserving or renter will cancel at their cost..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
