Palms Hotel

Beautiful location and beautiful price, this hotel located on the second floor of a pub but not noisy at all, close to everywhere and have everything you need. Recommend

Bit far to catch a train… easy to get a drinks and food …good place

UNSAFE. DO NOT STAY HERE Our room was broken into and robbed while we were inside sleeping and the Hotel is doing nothing about it. It was reported to police and cctv was obtained showing this happening. While we were there with police the on site management said we would be refunded for our stay but are now refusing to refund. Police basically said this is a half way house, not being from the area and trusting reviews we were not aware of this. There are no bolts on the door and no way to check if the door is locked from the inside so who knows if it ever locked while we were there. The rooms are unsafe, loud, uncomfortable, everywhere stinks of stale cigarettes. I'd sleep in the train station before I stayed here again

This has got to be worst accommodation in my travels to Australia.No breakfast,no real reception.Barman is receptionist.Cigarette smoke everywhere and really low class.In addition to this it is really far from train station in Sydney CBD I would have preferred to pay double for something decent.I have not even been here for 1 hour and I want to leave already.

If it sounds like a budget motel, looks like a budget motel, and costs like a budget motel, it's probably a budget motel. But it had a private bathroom and a working split system, so it fulfilled my minimum requirements. The wifi is pretty unstable but it does work. The room is dated (again, budget motel) but reasonably clean. It's a place to sleep, not much more.

We didn't stay here as it was booked out for the soccer but we did have lunch and it was amazing, super yummy and great value for money. The staff were very pleasant as well. Highly recommend, we will be back.

This review is based on there new restaurant gage went there on 12/06/2023 what a terrible meal for what we paid $55.00 each extremely long wait considering there was 3 of us ordered pork spare ribs come out looking boiled with sauce on the side emailed manager not interested dont go there spend your money else where

It was horrible. The place was so messy. Dust and cobwebs for miles, cockroaches splattered on the walls, mould on everything including the curtains, hair all through the shower. Extremely noisy and rude customer service

Stayed there last night with me and my husband and daughter they are rude and they but us up stairs when I told them I have a baby then they said they had no more rooms witch they did and then the air con wasn't working the food was burned couldn't eat it then the shower door feel off I wouldn't ever stay there again bad motel
