Front desk was friendly but didn't provide much info or detail about hotel, amenities, where to not park or even room location. Restaurant is convenient, but food not great and service is slow. Not sure we'd stay again except for location is very walkable."

"Room was very cold upon arrival furnace was off  Took awhile to warm room up. It would be nice to warm up room for a visitor ahead of time. I asked for an extra blanket though. Furnace was also loud shutting on and off but the automatic setting was the best for leaving it on constant was not a good option. It was nice to have breakfast included ."

"I stayed at WoodSpring Suites Greeley for 10 nights and honestly couldn’t fault my stay. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was completely different. The biggest asset to this hotel is definitely the staff. Cara at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Give that girl a raise! Len, the manager, was also fantastic, and all of the ladies working at the front desk were so kind and accommodating throughout my stay. They really made me feel welcome. Yes, you do need to ask for additional towels, but that’s simply how the hotel operates, and for the price you pay, it’s hardly an issue. The value for money is excellent, especially if you’re staying for an extended period. The hotel was comfortable, the staff genuinely cared, and I always felt looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Cara, Len, and all the girls on the front desk for making my stay such a positive one. I can’t wait to come back!"

"En muchos hoteles, digo. Ciertamente había algunas cosas buenas sobre este lugar. Las galletas eran grandes. La habitación era limpia. Es agradable tener un helado de tamaño completo, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y el café complementario fue decente. La habitación estaba frente a las unidades de almacenamiento de la puerta adyacente, así que estaba muy tranquila. Hay muchas cosas que son tan así sobre este lugar. La habitación es increíblemente pequeña. No hay accesos básicos como desayuno, piscina y spa, sin accesorios USB en las habitaciones que son bastante estándar en 2025. También no puedes acceder a ningún dispositivo de streaming en la TV, las TV inteligentes son bastante estándar en la mayoría de los habitaciones ahora el pequeño pantry abajo no tenía nada después de que me dijo que no tenían mucho. Tienen un poco de patio y área de grill, pero las mesas estaban desagradables y cubiertas de sopa de barbacoa."
