Premier Inn Great Yarmouth West (A47)

Great location for walking into Great Yarmouth, the bed is comfortable with option of extra pillows. The accessible shower was perfect for me. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a variety of food offered next door. We would recommend this hotel

Hello all :-) Just wanted to come here and say that I always use premier inn hotels. I find them to be good value for money, very clean, and the staff always helpful & friendly. I have just come back from a eater break at this hotel .. and they have outdone themselves. They had a easter egg hunt for the children & a free easter quiz with free cocktail for the adults. The children eat for free both dinner & breakfast and the staff were so friendly. I have also recently been diagnosed with high cholesterol, and the restaurant ( thank Doni ) aways cooked me something special to help my health. Wonderful hotel , Thanks premier inn Great Yarmouth A47, for making my holiday extra special .

We’d had a bad experience with a holiday park and needed a proper rest and warm up. Receptionist Amy was very welcoming and offered a room which was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast next to the hotel and then continued our journey home.

Great Premier. Lovely staff, really comfy bed and very clean room. If I'm being super picky a few more tea bags in the bedroom would have been great and slightly crisper bacon and runner eggs, but that is REALLY fussy feedback! The staff in particular were so helpful and friendly even though I'm sure they were clearly rushed off their feet.

We stayed here for a couple of days so we could visit the weekender at Vauxhall. It’s very central to all amenities and the staff were all friendly. Michelle in particular has a lovely personality and very attentive she really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to seeing her and the rest of the staff when we come back to stay in September

My stay at this Premier Inn was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. Having spent a full month here during an extended business trip, I was consistently impressed by the high quality of service and attention to detail provided by the entire staff. The level of professionalism and hospitality remained outstanding from check-in to check-out. I would particularly like to express my sincere gratitude to Lauren, the front of house manager at the restaurant , whose leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and to Kim, the head breakfast chef, whose culinary expertise and warm personality made each morning's breakfast service a delightful start to the day. Their contributions, along with those of the entire team, truly enhanced my extended stay and made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
