The Mayfair Hotel

We stayed in the apartment for 1 night and found it okay, it is very dated and needs some TLC but the beds were comfortable and it was clean enough. Major issue was we had no control over the heating as the thermostat was not in our apartment which meant we was cold, we did call and the lady and she said she would put it on but didn't,luckily it wasn't a super cold night. Would probably return but couldn't do more then 1 night and only if the price was cheap enough.

This is the most disgusting place i have ever stayed, the place is filthy . Carpets are worn stained and torn and in a serious filthy state . Electric switch inside shower and toilet area which is illegal, the place needs a health and safety inspection and shutting down . It's just a doss house !!!!

Last minute booked, few days before. Booked for 1 night and found the Apartment and a great price. Wasn’t expecting too much for the price and we were very pleasantly surprised. Was given entry code by text when we got there. Apartment situated down a few steps under Hotel. Lovely large living area with open planned kitchen. Bedroom was very welcoming and decorated nicely with Tv on wall, dressing table modern side table lamps. Shower is situated in Bedroom. Only negative I could give really was that there was no heating, couldn’t find anywhere to turn it in and by the time we got in in the being was a bit late to be contacting about it, but with that said the Duvets where very warm and were very cozy, so didn’t get cold at all through the night. My son Slept in the living room and had a choice of Sofa bed or 2 of the Z beds available which he went for the later and was very comfortable & warm and had a good sleep! Hotel is in perfect location for everything, literally step out the door and rule left and the pier is there. Free parking situated outside. We would definitely stay again and as pet friendly would bring our pup with us next time.
