Elegí este hotel y fue una buena decisión. La habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia, el desayuno era muy sabroso y delicioso y el personal era amable. Cinco estrellas. Y ofrece buen relación calidad-precio. Estoy deseando volver la semana que viene. Espero tener una habitación con vistas al lago la próxima vez.

The pillows are sooo nice and comfortable and the room was clean, and fresh. We paid for the unlimited breakfast that Tania cooked and was amazing so much variety and cooked well. The hotel is right on the front of the lake and situated next to lakeside shopping centre so great for shopping, i would recommend to everyone

I usually visit this hotel due to location and clean ,communal area. However my last trip at the of March 2025. Was not good The room looked and smelt clean when I pulled the dovet cover back to sleep I noticed a yellow stain and dirt on dovet. I discarded the dovet on the floor and slept with only dovet cover

Not good hotel waste money reception take long time let you back in . cause chatting to colleagues.no air conditioning.no room cleaning unit 7 days.pay 400.00 for 3 days total waste money

Iv stayed in a few Travel Lodges with work , but this is the nicest Iv been too so far . Great location , lakeside shopping center is on the door step . Then Sam the kitchen member , was so helpful when I went for my Breakfast , showing me where everything is and have I had a good night sleep , very friendly and good at her job 😃👍

Well what a great experience staying here.. the ladies Dawn, Taylor, & Sam was so welcoming, nothing was a trouble to them. We visited the hotel for a overnight stay before a cruise and they give us information regarding taxi contacts etc for our next day, they told us what was near for us to go to and are a lovely bunch of girls. They are a credit to the Hotel.. will definitely be back for future visits and will pass on recommendation to our company for future use.

Great place to stay. Good for Tilbury cruise port. Very good for Lakeside shopping and bars etc Good service from Tania and Ana Rooms big bed very comfortable Shower and bathroom excellent Parking is plentiful and safe Nice views of Lakeside

Hotel clean, tidy near the lake nice view, shops and resturants plentyful. Staff lovely Lisa and Sumita on night shift were chatty and helpful.pints pints are good lovely stay just needs ac ..........................................

Very happy with the stay in this hotel very friendly and nice staff there is a fantastic cook tania our dinner was cooked beautifully she went out of her way to help us the room was clean and tidy very close to lakeside I will be back again as my family enjoyed ourselves thanks
