Allington Manor is a breathtaking historical property in an immaculate quintessential English Village which is well worth a visit. Warm and friendly staff. Beautifully furnished rooms which were immaculate and very comfortable. Superb breakfast. All in all another memorable stopover. Look forward to returning.

We recently had our wedding here, from the moment we first went to view, we knew this was the place for us. Leo has been wonderful, we have always been made to feel welcome when visiting and planning our day and nothing was too much trouble. On the day, Lesley was absolutely amazing. She knew what we needed before we even know we needed anything and found it was just there for us. Harry, Alex and the rest of the Allington Manor team were more than helpful too. If you need a night away or if you have a reason to celebrate and need a venue, this is it.

After more than 12 months of planning,we arrive at Allington Manor for our wedding and wow,what a venue!The beautiful house and stunning gardens provided an amazing location for our family and friends to celebrate our big day. Leo organised an anniversary party for us and it was perfect. The garden is the most beautiful garden and the house is extraordinary. All our guests commented what a beautiful venue it was and the hotel guests were delighted by their tastefully decorated rooms. Lesley, who managed the event was incredible and we feel so grateful to all the staff for their brilliant service. We’d definitely recommend Allington Manor.

We arrived late on a Tuesday evening after a 3.5 hour trip “up North”. On arrival, even though it was dark, we were both blown away by the stunning beauty of this Manor House. We were met in the hall by our host, and it felt so relaxed, yet so professional at the same time, it was faultless. We were upgraded to a larger room than we had originally booked, and were able to have the heating put on for us, as there was a chill in the air when we arrived. The room quickly warmed up, and was cozy, homely and so very, very comfortable. I am dying to know which brand pillows you use, as they are up there with some of the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of resting our heads on, and we’d like to get some at home!! We had a fantastic nights sleep, and the beauty of the place was elevated come day break, when you can really take in the views, the history of the house (the booklet was a very interesting read!), and soak in the charm. Breakfast was superb, again, a very relaxed affair which suits us down to the ground; attentive hosts, strong delicious coffee, and a great vibe all round. I’m sad it wasn’t warmer so we could have sat outside, as the gardens look spectacular. If we hadn’t have already booked our wedding venue, I would seriously give Allington Manor a consideration, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing night away, or as a venue for events. We enjoyed a very comfortable one night stay at Allington Manor to break up a long journey. It's the most beautiful Jacobean Manor house and the garden is gorgeous. We stayed in the Lady's Room at the front of the house which was absolutely stunning, complete with a four-poster bed, roll top bath and huge fireplace. I enjoyed reading about the history of the house in the book in the room. Breakfast was delicious and hosts were friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay at Allington Manor if travelling through the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
