I was supposed to stay at this hotel from May 10 to May 11, but my flight from Israel was cancelled due to the war and the dangerous situation in the country. I informed the hotel on May 7 and explained everything in advance. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide a refund or even a voucher for future use. I believe this is extremely unfair and unreasonable given the circumstances. What’s even worse, I felt discriminated against based on my nationality. The attitude from the hotel was cold and dismissive, without any understanding or compassion. Very disappointed and strongly discourage others from booking here.

Thank you very much for a fantastic 3 night stay. Your hotel is lovely,it is spotlessly clean with plenty of room and wonderful air conditioning . The location is easy to find and drive to,with plenty of safe parking . It is a 20 minute eady walk down into the town and 40 minute up hill walk or 20 euro taxi ride But most of all we would like to thank you for your wonderful hospitality and fantastic service We asked about the best places to visit in Cinque Terre. The Gentleman on reception was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to visit and hiw best to get there and even write it all down and brought it over when we were having a drink. He said Monterosso was beautiful, so we took his advice and spent a day there .it was fantastic ...Thank you .Thank you.

Hotel is outside Menaggio and reachable by bus with rare schedule. There are no other restaurants in the village and we were told the restaurant is booked out for the dinner, so although hotel guests, we were left without dining possibility. In the morning, during breakfast I was moved out from my chosen table by a waiter because the table was "booked"... The waiter did not prepare the other table for us so we were missing coffee cup etc. Breakfast was OK, although no veggies (no tomato or cucumber).

I guess the first thing to point out is that this hotel is further from Menaggio than some websites would state. There's a bus service into the town but finishes quite early in the evening. Hotel was lovely with a pool and nice deck area. Room was clean and a reasonable size with a well equipped bathroom although shower is a basic stall. Air con worked well. Breakfast was good quality but basic and evening meals were if a limited choice but tasty.

Hotel 5 stelle dei tre stelle … camere pulite, funzionali e ben tenute . Prima colazione molto ricca e continuamente controllata dal proprietario che si occupa personalmente di rimpiazzare il mancante . Posizione dell’hotel strategica per passeggiate AI 2 LAGHI vicini, giri in bici su una ciclabile che fa un tuffo negli episodi di “Heidi “ e tipici ristoranti dove gustare il posto .. se fa troppo caldo c’è anche il tuffo in piscina da poter fare … e niente … passa a trovare la famiglia più efficiente delle infrastrutture

Ein lebenswertes kleines Hotel mit viel Charme in schöner Umgebung ! Noch nie habe ich so einen herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption erlebt! Sehr gut geführter Familienbetrieb, Zimmer gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, TV, Naßzelle mit Dusche und Bidet). Gutes Frühstücksbuffet (u.a. italienischer Schinken und Salami und Kuchenspezialitäten, Müesli, reiche Auswahl an Heißgetränken aus modernen Kaffeevollautomaten usw.), Abendessen drei Gänge, schöner Speisesaal mit italienischem Flair. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

Si vous souhaitez un pied à terre tranquille bien situé du côté de Menaggio c'est l'hôtel qu'il vous faut A pas plus de 7mn de la ville ce 3 étoiles a tout pour plaire ! Bien situé au pied d'une magnifique montage, l'hôtel possède un grand parking gratuit, et une très belle piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le lit confortable, la salle de bain comprends une douche, et un bidet...des goodies sont également à disposition. Le petit déjeuner ne propose pas tant de variété de produit que cela mais ils sont tous de très très bonne qualité, que ce soit la charcuterie que les jus de fruits qui sont frais. Un large choix de produits sans gluten et sans lactose sont possibles aussi si vous faites votre demande suffisamment à l'avance. Il est possible également de diner sur place (mais pas d'avis car pas tester) Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit mais nous y retournons sans soucis !!

Hôtel dans un cadre plutôt sympa au calme avec les gérants et personnels sympathiques. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec de bons croissants ce qui est plutôt rare en Italie. La piscine c’est vraiment un plus. La chambre n’est pas très moderne mais propre. Petit conseil apportez vous gel douche car ce qui est à disposition n’est pas suffisant.

Een hotel uit duizenden! Als je aankomt bekruipt je het gevoel van een ouderwets hotel met weinig sfeer. Echter doet het personeel, de netheid, en het geweldige eten je dit gevoel snel vergeten. Het klopt, de kamers zijn ouderwets en de badkamer zeer basis maar de behulpzaamheid van het personeel en kwaliteit van het eten zijn van een hoog niveau. We hebben hier een zeer goed verblijf gehad en sluiten niet uit dat we hier ooit nog terugkomen!
