Mt. Plaisir Estate Hotel

It was a wonderful experience. All the staff were helpful and courteous. The meals were delicious. The surroundings were clean and modern. The children and adults had a fabulous time. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. I will definitely recommend a stay there.

Amazing from start to finish Food, service, ambience, amenities, comfort, safety. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll be back Friendly doggies on the beach along with friendly locals. General Manager, also made sure our time there was everything we hoped for. We took a tour to see how coco is grown and harvested and made into chocolate locally. Guides are very knowledgeable about the entire process and we learned a lot.

The staff and the food are amazing! So calming and peaceful. So many activities and things to see. They cater for every need and are very accommodating to your preferences. I felt so safe and pampered. Being right on the beach is fanatic. The pool was divine. Amenities were updated and environment well kept.

We couldn't ask for a better experience on our Anniversary. The days we spent there were awesome from arrival to departure. The staff is well trained , friendly , caring, polite, attentive , to all guests, international or local. The rooms and the ambience in general is exceptional. The food, buffet style was sumptuous and mouth watering. All in all our stay left nothing to be desired, it was awesome. Not forgetting to mention the Happy Anniversary ❤️ Swans that welcomed us as we entered our room, it was thoughtfully amazing. Thanks, thanks, thanks and may God continue to bless your establishment.

The hotel is sumptuous. With eco credentials, it is clean and so well maintained. Not a crack in sight (they are continuously making sure the hotel is looking impeccable), what stood out to us was the fantastic staff and the amenities. Yes, the location is quite rural so expect a 2 hour drive from the airport, but with that comes the ability to really enjoy the local culture, and tropical surroundings. Fantastic wildlife throughout, there’s an observation lodge where you can see the islands famous pawi, as well as hundreds of hummingbirds and butterflies. In addition to an idyllic location and spacious rooms with neutral interiors and extremely comfortable beds, comes the most AMAZING staff! Everyone is friendly and curteous, attentive to our needs and actually exceed them most of the time. We have adored everyone but had to do a special shout out to Alicia, Lisa, Camron, Simeon, Codesha and Candice. We have only just left and already miss them. We opted for the all inclusive option and what a good idea. the food was sumptuous. There’s a small buffet meaning not too much food wastage, but there’s also an a la carte menu should you not like anything on the buffet. Everything we had was absolutely delicious!!!! Simply put, we left less than 24 hours ago and already miss this magical place. As Richard says “you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend, return as family” and we will be sure to return.

The service was impeccable and food was simply delicious 😋. The staff was friendly and helpful. The turtle watching experience was amazing and I will definitely repeat this again. The complimentary games were welcomed and relaxing. Rated 10/10
