This guesthouse is separate and private from the victorian duplex on the front of the property and your access can be from Chipeta street or from the back, (closer) with 2 private parking spaces. Security codes for gates front and rear. A well appointed 1 bedroom King bed with additional murphy bed in livingroom, central air, private patio/BBQAbout pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 20.About events:No events allowed.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful upper garage unit conversion (would not recommend for people who have trouble with stairs). Clean and updated. Close to downtown. Very welcoming with snacks and muffins to make, Easy check in/check out. Will stay again!

Cozy and Comfortable
This is a cozy and comfortable place, ideal for a couple. A quiet location that is a short walk from downtown Grand Junction. The place is very well-appointed and equipped.I have never seen another VRBO that is so guest-focused in term of the amenities the owner has made available for the guest(s).

Cute and clean!
This cute, updated apartment had everything we needed. We walked downtown several times for shopping and happy hour. Amenities were thoughtful, including a welcome note with chocolates!

Excellent stay! The apartment exceeded expectations. Clean, spacious, perfect location close to parks and downtown. Lots of wonderful and thoughtful touches in the apartment, which made my stay even better! Quiet, the grill on the private deck was awesome. Definitely a 5 star property and host Tom.

Exceptional Host and Stay
Absolutely fantastic property and Tom was an outstanding host. Everything was so simple and easy including check-in that I had no issues at all. I could focus on my tattoo sessions at the nearby studio without worrying about my accommodations in the slightest. Tom had thought of anything and the place was immaculate. If you’re looking for a high quality stay at a reasonable price, then look no further. I’ll be sure to book again whenever I’m in Grand Junction.
