Большой отель, в былые времена роскошный, но в настоящее время очень уставший и потрепанный вид! Выбор еды большой, но не всегда все вкусно, но в любом случае, голодным не останешься! Кофе и чай просто ужас, самого низкого качества! Алкогольные коктейли пить невозможно, качество алкоголя и вид очень сомнительные! Пытались заказывать безалкогольный Мохито, так у них сегодня нет мяты, завтра лимона, лайм вообще редкость! Хаммам не работал (было подозрение, что включают только когда заплатишь за массаж), только сауна. В номере был чайник, но за 10 дней нам выдали только 1 раз 2 пакетика кофе, но всегда были в наличии сливки к нему! Долгое ожидание лифта, влажность в коридорах отеля! Море отличное!!! Пляж убирают! Шезлонгов много, народу тоже! У меня было ощущение переплаты за отель и за питание/напитки! Цена явно завышена!

A wonderful place to stay, the staff are great and professional starting from the front desk, gust relations, activity teams, catering and restaurants and ending with the room service. Everyone was handling our requests with pleasure and a smile on face. I will definitely recommend it and will definitely visit this property again. This hotel is good if not spectacular. The good - the staff are friendly, pools are clean as are the rooms on arrival. Beach is great and the pontoon is a really nice place to spend the day. A couple in our group had 2 seperate spa treatments which they said were very good and good value for money. The not so good - food is certainly not spectacular, it is very samey nightly. It's certainly not awful but the choice is relatively limited on hot food. The salad bar is certainly well stocked. The snack bar is the best place to go where they cook your choice fresh. They have a i'm assuming 'special' on the first station each night. It was a bit hit and miss but again it's certainly not awful. We stayed in a bungalow - the location was fantastic - just over from the pool and the main restaurant. The bathroom needs a bit of love and care - seals around shower were all coming off. The room cleaning is a bit random - some days it was very good and others it looked like noone had been in there with the duvet folded at the end of the bed - first world problems but you would expect more from a 5* hotel. The a la carte restaurant is decent however avoid if you have any sort of nut allergy - it seems every dish has some form of nut in. Ice cream bar was very popular with my daughter but unusual that it was only open from 4 each day. You can however get ice creams for lunch. We did have a late check out on leaving which they did for us complimentary again showing good customer service. Much appreciated! All in all I think 4/5 is a fair score.

A BEAUTIFUL CLEAN AND SPOTLESS HOTEL STAFF COULDNT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU AND VERY HOSPITABLE THE GARDENS ARE SO WELL KEPT AND LOTS OF SUNBEDS AROUND AND ABOUT THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD ONLY ONE THING ALOT OF GERMAN FOOD ESPECIALLY AT BREAKFAST AS THEIR ALOT OF GERMAN GUESTS BUT NOT A BIG PROBLEM THE A LA CARTE LAVANTE WAS LOVLEY TURKISH FOOD AND THE WAITER VERY PROFFESIONALAS IT WAS MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY ON ARRIVAL A BIRTHDAY CAKE WAS GIVEN TO HIM FROM THE STAFF SUCH A LOVELY THOUGHT COUDNT FAULT THIS HOTEL ENTERTAINMENT MADE EVERY NIGHT FUN WITH LOTS OF VARIOUS THINGS TO DO WELL DONE TO THEM ALL WE WILL RETURN NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL GREAT WEATHER TOO WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR.

Mayis basina gore hava her ne kadar biraz nazli olsa da Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence tum ekibi sayesinde ailece gercekten her yonuyle cok keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil gecirdik. Ozellikle basta Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Mehmet Beye, her turlu ricamizi aninda yerine getiren P asistan ekibinden Azra ve Esin Hanima , Ana restoranda guleryuzu, mukemmel hizmet anlayisiyla Gulseren Hanima, Fellini restoranda kibar ve canayakin yaklasimiyla Cahit Beye, Steak House Hamburger ve Aqua Park personeline canigonulden teşekkür ederiz. Были в Loxia comfort 26-29.11.2023 семьёй вчетвером. Особенно понравилась территория отеля - зелёная,сосны кругом, рядом горы и море. Пляж мелкая галька, практически песок что очень удобно. В море есть небольшое скальное образование в виде рифа, где много всевозможных рыб, в камнях видел краба, каракатицы стайками проплывают. Природа действительно живая, есть с чем сравнивать. Питание тоже норм, всё есть. Коктейли в лобби баре приличные, особенно фирменные от Loxia. Слабовата анимация для детей из-за этого пришлось сменить отель на более высокий уровень, на ресепшене не говорят по-русски совсем. Уборка номеров страдает, даже чаевые в виде 100 лир ощутимо не помогли. В принципе норм для тех кто любит тишину и природу.
