Ma Biche Hotel - All Inclusive

It was super hotel thank you so much for everything we were enjoyed so much specially on dart activity ismail thank u so much you was amazing also all food so tasty and good quality. Room were good it was comfortable thank u so much we want to come again see u 🫶🥰

On arrival, first impressions weren’t great, the hotel felt a little tired this isn’t 5* as suggested and not at the same level as other hotels we’ve visited in Turkey. During our stay we felt the service at meals and bars could be better. In the main restaurant no one seems to be in charge a lot of young staff on their mobile phones while working. In the lobby bar, no queues but often had to wait as staff don’t understand English and had to ask colleagues to help. But, this hotel really grows on you. Apart from the language barrier the staff were all very friendly and doing what they can for you. The food was good all week, especially the table service snack bar for lunch, fantastic grilled fish and salads. The a la carte restaurant probably the best we’ve ever been to for all inclusive. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained with a lot of trees, plants and animals. The area is scenic, a short distance to Kemer and we recommend Goynuk for the bazaar. Lovely beach, we always found sun beds, sea is gorgeous and great pool if that’s you preference. This is a peaceful and relaxing place. You’ll see other reviews about guests being mainly Russian, yes this is true but there were also French, Polish, Turkish etc. We were in the minority as English guests but it was not problem at all, everyone’s on holiday, just embrace it. Like you, we look at hundreds of hotels online before booking. Ma Biche was very competitively priced compared with others, for what we paid for a relatively cheap week away this place was very good value for money. So, overall, this isn’t 5* and don’t expect it to be. But, it’s a nice hotel, in a nice place, with nice staff, and if you come here it’s difficult not to have a nice holiday.

We came on october it was so funny and good specially morning activity it was so funny we enjoyed so much thank u so much darts animátor ismail thank u 💪🏻😜 hotel it was good all food so tasty and u have so much options supeeer.Rooms are clean and comfortable we want to came again thank u all stuff thank u ma Biche hotel 🥳❤️

I would not recommend this hotel if you are British very tired and run down , deffo not a 5 star evening staff at reception are very ignorant people , Rooms are tired and dated and smell damp on 1st level had to make a fuss to get it changed , But was intimidated and threatened with police , Entertainment for adults only for half hour in the evening , This is a Russian/german hotel does not cater for British People with food , what else can I say …….. We are staying at this hotel now and it’s not as advertised by TUI it’s a Poor quality hotel , hotel is old and needs updating rooms are kept together with filler and sealant no English tv channels food caters for Eastern European , customer service is very poor, avoid this hotel you have been warned .

Fatih was The best server and The cocktails are awesome. Owerall experrience was good. Veysel and Havap sef too. The wiew from The Windows was nice. Rooms are quite old but are kept nice and clean. The snax bar is also wery good with good food and frendly personel.
