Sunland Resort Beldibi

Большой отель, в былые времена роскошный, но в настоящее время очень уставший и потрепанный вид! Выбор еды большой, но не всегда все вкусно, но в любом случае, голодным не останешься! Кофе и чай просто ужас, самого низкого качества! Алкогольные коктейли пить невозможно, качество алкоголя и вид очень сомнительные! Пытались заказывать безалкогольный Мохито, так у них сегодня нет мяты, завтра лимона, лайм вообще редкость! Хаммам не работал (было подозрение, что включают только когда заплатишь за массаж), только сауна. В номере был чайник, но за 10 дней нам выдали только 1 раз 2 пакетика кофе, но всегда были в наличии сливки к нему! Долгое ожидание лифта, влажность в коридорах отеля! Море отличное!!! Пляж убирают! Шезлонгов много, народу тоже! У меня было ощущение переплаты за отель и за питание/напитки! Цена явно завышена!

hello everyone, avoid this hotel and read carefully, this information is real, I went on vacation for 10 days, I arrived in the morning at 3 o'clock in the morning, they put us in the room, which had water-swollen walls, I think I went back, I told the receptionist that I don't want this gift he shrugged his shoulders, he didn't know the church well until finally he understood. we had to sleep there but we were very disappointed, ok the next day we changed the room to a slightly better one but see what was on the dirty mattress, the food was the same every day the staff was very rude almost everywhere and especially on the beach bar he is a very impolite cook who spoke Turkish. just and. he didn't wear gloves when he served the potatoes to the children, I'll post a picture of him so you can see he's the rudest man in that hotel I paid a lot, a lot for this vacation I had expectations but the hotel is 2 stars

We liked very much the tripEverything was very comfortable. The sea was incredible The food was good . We had fun during our trip and we would like to came again in Kemer We recomand the hotel to everyone........................

Oh where to start.......the hotel was OK, not 5 star as many have said here...maybe 2 at best...the food was usual all inclusive, the drinks were warm whatever you ordered......the tables were normally uninhabitable...some of the staff were very depressed, one or 2 were a shining light and a credit to the hotel (Kadir & the ice cream guy - we salute you!). BUT.....the day before we left a fire broke out in the afternoon in the kitchen. What happened after that was just a catalogue of errors on behalf of the hotel. We and many others were allowed back into a burning building, some climbed the stairs unquestioned towards the fire. People complained that they couldn't hear the weak fire alarm and were trapped on their balconies. The fire service could not gain access to the site due to the hotel being completely surrounded by a brick wall - this had to be knocked down by diggers to allow the fire engines into the site......the hotel have since admitted no wrong doing.....so, yeah, not staying in a hotel again.......but will definitely be returning to Turkey....love the people, love the atmosphere........ground floor bungalow please!

I wouldn’t even give it one star! If you are English I would stay as far away from the hotel as possible. We had to make friends with other English people (about 3 couples) to be served the only way they treat you decent is if you give them a tip!! Everyone is so rude and makes you feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Some other English people changed their hotels when they arrived and paid the extra fee and others have requested refunds due to the lies on the hotel advert. We was glad to only be there for 5 days, The fact this hotel states it’s a 5* is a joke the bathroom was mouldy the rooms are old fashioned and the food is awful me and my partner had food poisoning when we came home for over a week! To make matters worse when we left we had to get the bus to the airport really early and I had left my iPad in a black case on the side (the sides were black so didn’t see it) I know it’s my fault however I have a friend living in turkey who was happy to bring it back for us however the hotel are acting like they know nothing about it ignoring calls and messages. The rep only responded when the iPad got blocked???? Disgusting it’s an awful place do not recommend to anyone especially if you are English. You can keep the iPad if your really that desperate for it!!
