Crystal Flora Beach Resort - Ultimate All Inclusive

We spent a week at this place. It is hard to claim whether it was a good or bad experience. For me, it is a 3.5/5. I am not disappointed completely, but I would never go here again (unless some changes are made). If you are looking for a place to rest from an endless 9-5 routine then this is still a nice choice. However, if you are passionate about experiencing new feelings and emotions, being amazed by Hotel Services and offerings, and making memories while travelling, I do not recommend considering Crystal Flora Beach Resort as a place to stay. Positive findings: + Great territory. Clean, cute, and designed in a very convenient way. Enough swimming facilities for both kids and adults. Notably, a great amount of sun loungers so that you will always find a place for your stuff near the pool/sea. Water activities as well as aquaparks are also on the same level. There is a small zoo (still have no idea why they put a labrador in a cage but there are other animals as well). + Amazing a la carte restaurant with seafood. Definitely worth visiting. Astonishing location, nice service and delicious meals. (They offer beef steaks at this restaurant too) + Views and sights are incredible. 11/10 for the location of the hotel. + Spa Center is incredible. The massages are offered at a reasonable price and the quality is unmatched. + Room cleaning was nice. Now to the bad side - Horrible internet connection. Absolutely unacceptable from the 5-star hotel. In the main restaurant, the internet is only accessible in some areas. In the lobby, the connection is also unstable. The wifi connection always drops and you need to re-login. Sometimes we used to re-login every 3-5 minutes. In our room, there was no internet at all sometimes. - The canteen (or as it is called "main restaurant") is a disappointment. Firstly: a lot of flies in the restaurant. They sit on the vegetables, fruits, desserts, and other products offered there. Even if you have completed making your meal and gone to your table, they can without any hesitation follow you and sit on your plate. Secondly: the variety of food was weak. The same meals were offered at both Lunch and Dinner. After a week we had no willingness to eat there. Live cooking stations did not offer anything interesting. Desserts are just different baklava or cakes with a lot of cream on top. "Teenager menu" was just chicken nuggets and fries all the time. "Pasta with cheese" was 95% pasta and a 5% probability that you would find cheese somewhere. The same goes for other kinds of pasta. Yet the ice cream in the lobby bar was nice. Some other findings that I can not categorise as being either good or bad: ＞ A lot of cats on the territory. We have counted at least 9. ＞ Rooms are not so new. For us, it was not a problem but for someone, this might be an issue. ＞ Ordering a cocktail at a bar was always a gamble.
