Belpoint Beach Hotel

The most disappointing experience I’ve ever experienced. Please avoid at all cost, dirty, disgusting 🤢 I booked it with my husband and my 3 year old child, I refused to stay there, it was so unsafe, the floors were so dirty and oily. I couldn’t put my child into this condition. I’ve booked a different hotel on a day, I couldn’t stay there more than 15 min. The sink in toilet was stained in a red fluid. Toilet wasn’t flushing, everything was so dirty. I don’t know how this hotel is given 3 stars, this hotel shouldn’t be operating in those conditions. I can’t imagine how many people they were able to fool. When we got a taxi to go to another hotel, the taxi driver had told you that many people complained about this hotel and had food poisoning. Please please please avoid at any cost, there are better places around.

A very children friendly hotel with a great pool area and slides. And even though the rooms were not the cleaniest in the world, they were of a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The extra star, however, goes to their Hamam spa which was an incredibly relaxing experience! Totally recommend it.

Terrible place food disgusting. flies all over the food no protection. If you did nt eat it for breakfast ,turned into soup for lunch ,then for dinner. dessert same every lunch and dinner time. Lifts not working ,entertainment rubbish. Also undesireable male doing entertainment who should not be where children are. coffee, tea served in paper cups. Soft drinks and alcohol drinks in plastic containers Pool bar only opened when staff turned up. shower had a door missing no safety in shower room. Said it was bilingual at reception no all Turkish and used Google to translate, security guy wanted me to tip him. Worst place to stay

this is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!! Do not waste your money.I paid 4 grad for a all inclusive holiday and it was the worst 4 grand I’ve ever spent.we got to the hotel and the person in the front desk didn’t even talk English.the rooms are disgusting,there is no cleaner,I had to go the the local supermarket and buy my own cleaning products me and my daughter was on our hands and knees scrubbing the floors and everything in side the apartment.I tried to plug my charger in and I got electrocuted I’ve had to leave my charger in the hotel room.the bed is covered in flys and the floors.we had to change bedrooms 3 times!!! No one here speaks English.I’ve got bites everywhere and I now think I need to be hospitalised because it looks infected.the stairs leading up to the bedrooms are dangerous and my daughter can’t even walk down them.the food is disgusting,it’s the same means everyday.not even a bit of fruits of cereal to feed my 5 children.I’ve had to spend all my spending money eating in any food places i could find.you have to pay for the ice cream and the wifi.enless ur a dirty russian or german then this hotel if for you (they are very very greedy).the drinks are warm.it don’t look anything like the photos.please don’t book this hotel.the shower is dirty,there is shards of glass everywhere,there was no bed just a mattress on the floor,the wallpaper was ripped of the wall,the selling in the bathroom was falling down,the bin was disgusting,there was bugs all in the sink,doors didn’t lock on the bathroom and the door to the room.please don’t book this hotel i hope this helps.
