Hotel Odisej

Stunning location peaceful and very unspoilt. Staff are incredibly hard working and professional, helpful too. Perfect for exploring the National Park cannot recommend more highly. Travelling alone it was just what I needed. Just try.

This was by far the plainest of the 6 hotels we stayed in on the holiday.However , we were staying 2 nights bed & breakfast , & it was comfortable enough for this although the room was a little tired it was clean , & the glorious view & very comfortable beds redressed the balance sheet favourably. We also enjoyed the seaside bar area which was super to swim off. The reception team were very welcoming too.We bought our National Park ticket vouchers from them : this is a stunning place to explore , particularly at this end of the season : I cannot recommend this enough .The Odisej is an entirely satisfactory ( to us anyway) base for this exquisite island.Positioned right by the Ferry stop too.

Best stay,relaxing and peceful..Very god breakfasnt and dinner,different variety od food selection. Pleasant staff always attentative and kind, rooms are clean. Nature isvbeautiful, national park and clean sea. Beach bar area is beautiful.

Set in the most tranquil place to relax. We have spent two weeks here. But if you stay it probably be best to stay for a week or few days. The hotel itself is amazing. Room was cleaned everyday and clean towels, shower gel filled and hand wash filled. Air con is always on which was a big bonus for us, but noisy but can’t complain as it was free and permanently on. The shower cubicle is slightly small, did knock myself a few times and I’m not that large either, but good water flow and temperature. We did struggle to get a sun bed by the sea as people get up early and reserve their beds, which is a bit unfair on others, some sun beds were left for hours. But this should be monitored. But if you’re lucky to get a bed, the views are amazing. The sea is crystal clear. Within the hotel you have a variety of different foods in morning and evening. The national park is a must see and you can purchase tickets 25 euro for adults and 8 euro for children under 12 at reception, but these tickets can be used throughout your stay. The ferry system is restricted. We went to Dubrovnik twice during our stay. We purchase the ferry tickets from reception. The ferry comes in at 11:05 and takes about 1 hr 30 to Dubrovnik. If you want to sight see your time is limited as you will only have 2 hrs. If you’re not a fan on wasps, there is lots of them. My 12 yr old son was freaked out at first but got use to them. The pizzas in the pizzeria are a must have. The beach bar is a lovely bar and staff are helpful and service is good. All staff work hard throughout the hotel and beach bar. Staff never stop throughout the day and evening. Only thing is be careful, we went to the local shop on the island and the prices displayed are totally different price at the till. Internet isn’t the greatest but you can access in certain parts of the hotel and beach bar. But we found it a god send as we enjoyed the views around us instead. Also at the end of your stay there is a fee of tourist tax, each country we have travelled to you pay this at the beginning, but in hotel Odisej you pay when you leave. We would definitely come and visit again. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay.

Second visit to this wonderful island.. it was just as good as the first time.. Our bedroom was perfect with the most wonderful view of the sea and island beyond and cleaned daily by a delightful girl who kept it spotless. It had a perfectly adequate bathroom and a aircon system that worked well. The indoor and outdoor dining room provides so many choices of local dishes for breakfast and dinner.. always something different.. . The staff at the hotel are so helpful and seem so happy there.. beach bar is perfect for a cool drink at the end of a day. So much to do on the island with biking,swimming or walking around the beautiful National Park. The manager is always there to answer questions and help with anything. .. she also so very pretty and such fun to talk to.. Love this place and will return..

The hotel is lovely, right next to the sea and harbour. Rooms on the small side but who stays in their room on holiday. The only criticism I have of the room was there was no kettle or tea and coffee facilities. And a lack of plug sockets. I could have done with one at the dressing table. We stayed bed and breakfast and there was a very good selection on offer for breakfast. Hotel staff were excellent. The hotel has a beach bar open till 10pm. Around the hotel are plenty of restaurants a couple of gift shops and a small supermarket. The island is so beautiful and tranquil, easy access to the national park. Rental for bikes paddle boards and kayaks are all available outside the hotel. I've only knocked a star off as I love a coffee in bed in the morning. Well worth a visit we really enjoyed our stay.
