Let's start with the positives, lovely modern and clean hotel and perfect if you just want a chilled break. Not much evening entertainment so if thats up your street id recommended. The food wasn't much variation so ended up eating out alot. Careful with spa packages, was misold a couples package which should have included more treatments and use of sauna and jacuzzi beforehand, however this didn't happen despite recommended to arrive half an hour before treatments began to make use of these facilities. Majority of the staff very welcoming and friendly, however when going to the bar I did feel uncomfortable with one of the bar tenders, as appeared to judge when I went order drinks also was told that I looked sad on one occasion which was not the case. It did make me feel a bit uncomfortable going to the bar eventhough I was on an all inclusive package. That said the drinks menu was very good. This is just my honest opinion of the hotel and my experience as I can see many guests have enjoyed their stay here. Personally I wouldn't go back to the hotel.

Booked this hotel from previous reviews seen on here along with how great the hotel looked in photos. - we were looking for that 5* experience from an adults only boutique hotel. Been to Crete a couple of times but never this area. Arrived early hours and was greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of champagne (more of a shot - quarter of a glass full if we were lucky!) However he made an effort to show us around the resort before heading to our room. Overall not a bad start Rooms Room is functional but lacks storage to be able to unpack properly without having to pile everything into a couple of draws. Beds are extremely comfortable with a pillow menu to be able to have a great night sleep. Small soft drinks mini bar which is replenished daily. Restaurant I will not disagree with previous reviews seen that the food is of a high quality just lacks more choice - however you can always find something to eat. Staff work extremely hard but seems not enough staff on hand. Pool area/Daytime entertainment This is where I feel this hotel lets its 5* experience down - little changes would make this experience so much better. I have stayed in many high end hotels where the service is been amazing with small little touches and it gives chance for staff to interact with guests Drink service around the pool - especially at this time of year where there is is so little guest here Small nibbles/treats provided throughout the day Cold towels handed out around pool Music around the pool to take away the silence If your wanting a holiday that you don’t do anything this is the place for you - no such entertainment and nothing to do (too boring for us) Evening is no better - playing cards each evening gets a little repetitive!! Beds around the pool are amazing and never have to get up early to get one - this may change in high season as the hotel is nowhere near full at present. Cannot fault the drinks - all quality branded with an excellent choice of cocktails. Overall you can’t really fault this hotel - very clean and the staff don’t seem to stop -just way too quiet with nothing going on but this may suit some people.

I am writing this review on site. On arrival was very impressed with hotel. Arrived 11pm, reception helpful and polite offering us a glass of champagne. He helped with luggage to our junior suite room. Room very good and spacious. Bed comfortable with a pillow menu. Pool area immaculate with super comfy loungers. Pool bar has premium drinks and cocktails . Grounds of hotel lovely. Going for a spa treatment later on today. Will let you know how that goes. My only gripe is the restaurant most reviews say food has not got the biggest selection but is well presented and of a high quality. Yes I agree with presentation but found most food etc fish, chicken and other meats over cooked and dry which was a shame as they looked very appetizing. Restaurant would also benefit with having a coffee machine where you can help yourself. Bar area lovely again a slight moan. No lights on table come night time it is very dark. Outside of hotel not the prettiest. I thought hotel was relaxing and very well maintained. Would definitely come back.
