This first floor, two storey beachfront apartment right next to the sea with stunning views is located Sea front stylish two storey apartment in Gourdon, a small Scottish, quaint, fishing village dominated by its harbour. Watch the waves roll by, the boats setting out for their daily catch, the pods of dolphins swimming, the beautiful sunrises and sun sets and the fisherman fish from the pier during the day and night from the comfort of our sea front apartment with stunning views over the ocean. There is a multi-award winning fish and chip harbour restaurant/takeaway with fresh fish and seafood. Next door there is the local 'Harbour Bar' serving delicious food daily. There are connecting paths along the coast to Inverbervie and Johnshaven. Dunnottar Castle our iconic castle ruin perched atop a 160 foot rock and surrounded on three sides by the North Sea and St. Cyrus nature reserve is a must. Catterline is also nearby with a pretty harbour. Inverbervie is a slightly larger town with a supermarket. Downstairs there is a large lounge with a dining area, and picture windows looking out to the North Sea. Dining Kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with fountain shower and utility room. Upstairs is the main bedroom with sea views and an ensuite bathroom. It is a short walk to the harbour, bar and restaurant. There is a dedicated parking space. There is a shared outdoor decking area to sip your morning coffee.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
