Absolutely disgusting. Upon arriving my room was out another door and in some kind of alley not attached to the hotel. Once entering I was hit with a horrible smell of smoke and someone else's toenail clippings on the bedside table. After walking around the room, I realised nothing had been cleaned and anything from the previous guest had been swept under the bed except for the dead bugs and m&ms that were still all over the floor. The hotel is refusing to refund the accomodation even after being provided videos of this filthy room.

Terrible service, do not recommend... Upon arrival there was no one to serve me and spent some time waiting. When was finally seen to, the in keeper appeared wearing a big robe and was apparently intoxicated. He had no knowledge of my online booking and was even more time sorting it out. Throughout he was constantly clearing his throat which was disgusting. Once finally sorted the room I went down stairs and was immediately harassed by a man hanging around the staff room area. The keeper had to step in! Did not feel safe the entire stay. Room smelled of bleach and common showers worked poorly. Very noisy plumbing that can be heard from the rooms. Not worth the small saving of $20 for other motels available

Do not stay here at all. No heating it is filthy and management ignored you when you explain that you can’t stay there. We didn’t even last 15min. With no heating and two kids it wasn’t good enough in winter. Do not stay. It smells like urine in the bathroom

No frills budget accommodation that was clean, comfortable and cosy. On a cold night the heating did the job. Water pressure in the shower was 'knock you over' good. Location was convenient for Goulburn and surrounding area.

If you are looking for a place just to get a night’a sleep on a drive from somewhere to somewhere then this is it. Cheap, clean, basic and comfortable. It is not pretending to be anything else. Communal shower/toilet. The room has a basin/fridge/TV/kettle with basis tea&coffee supplied. Ear plugs handy if you are a light sleeper
