«Este es un hotel en el campo, en todos los aspectos es mejor que un hotel de cinco estrellas en el país, el área de habitaciones es grande, la calidad de los artículos de lavandería es buena, el hotel lobby y otros espacios públicos también son excelentes! Desafortunadamente, no hay citas previas, no hay cenas especiales para el 25o aniversario, y después debemos tener el hábito de llegar a Japón. ¡El juego en este campo siempre está bajo los pies de la montaña Fuji, la vista y el paisaje son muy hermosos!»

«El hotel es muy nuevo, el baño está limpio y la sensación general es buena. Hay el Monte Fuji fuera de la ventana, lo cual es muy rentable.
En comparación con alquilar un coche desde Tokio hacia y desde Yamanakako + Hakone, empezar aquí puede ahorrar al menos 5 horas.
Gotemba Outlet es muy grande, así que pasé un día entero visitando el outlet. Se tarda unos 25 minutos a pie hasta el outlet desde el hotel y cuesta unos 1.600 yenes tomar un taxi.
Si vas a Shinjuku o al aeropuerto de Haneda, las estaciones de autobuses más cercanas son Tomei Gotemba y Gotemba Interchange-mae respectivamente.
Hay una minitienda grande cerca, a solo 5 o 6 minutos a pie.
Aunque las aguas termales no son grandes, están limpias. En comparación con los hoteles termales del lago Kawaguchi que cuestan 3.400 RMB por noche, esta relación precio/rendimiento ya es muy alta. Si vuelvo a Gotemba Outlet, probablemente volveré a reservar este hotel.»

Habrá muchos productos de limpieza para las niñas cuando se registren.
La cama doble es pequeña.
La gran zona de baño está dividida en franjas horarias para hombres y mujeres: para las niñas es antes de las 21:30 horas y para los niños después de las 22:00 horas. La casa de baños es muy pequeña y sólo tiene capacidad para unas 5 o 6 personas.»

«We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets.
The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious!
The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride.
Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese.
We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.»

XXenia GohThis was hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in many - work covered, expensive ”5 star hotels”. We had perfect views of Mt. Fuji. The rooms were huge and super well fitted out. It's not the best location wise if you're wanting to go shopping in Gotemba, but this didn't bother us as we hired a car and drove there on our own.
The service was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and went way beyond and above.
The driver drove us to our destination (Gotemba train station that we requested) and then realized we were standing around looking where to go - he came over and asked if we were lost and drove us to the correct location (the car rental shop).
The reception gave us a tour of the area to make sure we knew where the lifts were, how to use the various facilities (especially the onsen).
If you have kids or traveling as a couple, I couldn't recommend this place more.

CCY TanI recently stayed at Hotel Clad during my trip to the Fuji area, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is truly unbeatable—perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji, especially at sunrise and sunset. Waking up to that iconic silhouette was absolutely unforgettable.
The hotel itself strikes a perfect balance between modern comfort and serene simplicity. My room was clean, well-appointed, and designed with a minimalist aesthetic that made it feel both calming and functional. The large windows made the most of the surrounding nature, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both the amenities and layout.
One of the highlights was the onsen. It was such a treat to relax in the hot spring baths while gazing out at Mt. Fuji—an experience that felt both peaceful and luxurious. The onsen facilities were clean, well-maintained, and never overly crowded.
The hotel is also conveniently connected to the Gotemba Premium Outlets, making it easy to enjoy a bit of shopping or grab a bite without venturing far. Despite this proximity, the hotel maintains a very tranquil atmosphere, which I really appreciated.
Overall, Hotel Clad is a perfect base for anyone looking to explore the Fuji area in comfort. Whether you’re there to hike, shop, or simply take in the views, it delivers a serene, scenic, and satisfying stay.

AANNIE LIM NIAN YILocation is far from most of the attractions, will be nice to have a car. It took me 15 mins to walk from Tomei Gotemba Highway Bus station. There are free shuttle buses provided to Gotemba Premium Outlet from this station.
The hotel is very comfy, suitable to chill and enjoy the hit spring, good for family vacation. Free flow soba from 9.30 till 11pm, free yogurt drink and ice cream as well. The view from room is amazing! Basically can just stay in room and enjoy Mt Fuji view

UUsuario anónimoWhat a dream! A true hidden gem - i wish we booked for more than one day :( our room had a sauna and a jetted tub plus a microwave and fridge, breakfast table, sofa and water fountain as well as a humongous TV! We also took advantage of the free laundry services they have!

My room had a view on Mount Fuji which I climbed up during my stay! It’s only a 5 minute walk away from Gotemba station where the busses to Fuji depart. I will stay here again if I come back.

It takes around 5-8 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi from Gotemba station. The hotel also offers reliable shuttle bus service.
It’s nicely located and designed for guests to enjoy the spectacular view of Mt Fuji wherever you go in the hotel, whether you’re having breakfast, bathing in the onsen, drinking coffee in the lounge or staying in your room. Staff were also very helpful and enthusiastic.
