房間有點小，不過地理位置好，附近有中餐館，距離頓河衹有兩百多米，河邊散步很不錯，還有好多好吃的，可以坐遊輪。

The worst service hotel I have ever seen. There is no parking even to unload things. The staff does not care about the comfort of the guests at all. I had to urgently look for a room in another hotel due to the inability to check in.

Хороший отель, удобно расположен, парковка городская, но место найти получилось без проблем. В номере единственное что расстроило это раковина в уборной: чрезмерно компактная. Могу порекомендовать для ночевки в путешествии из Мск на Юг

Отель недалеко от набережной, есть платная парковка, кровати нормальные, удобные, завтраки хорошие. Но совмещенный душ-туалет, это нечто )) Фен рядом с телевизором в коридоре. Переночевать норм, на более длительное время не осталась бы. Цена завышена.

Очень долго выбирала отель и мой выбор пал на « Дон Кихот» . Я не пожалела о своем выборе! Отель очень уютный и чистый. В номере было все необходимое,для комфортного проживания. Удобные кровати и чистая постель. Очень доброжелательный персонал(а это большая редкость). Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Есть ресторан с панорамным видом. Отдельно хочу выделить девочек,работающих на ресепшен! Очень приветливые! Помогали нам во всем,за что,им огромное спасибо. Если будем в Ростове на- Дону,то остановимся только в этом отеле.

Был в городе проездом с друзьями, четверо человек. Жили в двух двухместных номерах. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, чисто, комфортно. Изначально неудобно было постоянно везде прикладывать карту, особенно в лифте, но к этому привыкаешь. А в остальном всё понравилось

При бронировании номера за неделю звонили и уточняли, есть ли у них парковка, потому что мы на машине проездом, и наличие гарантированной парковки для нас критично. В описании отеля на всех сайтах парковка указана. По телефону сказали, что есть платная парковка, и что можно забронировать на ней места, что мы и попросили их сделать. Угадайте, кто приехал после 16 часов дороги ночью и не смог припарковаться возле отеля? Ответ представителя отеля убил)) «Мы ничего не можем сделать, все места на парковке заняты, мы бронировали, но их кто-то занял, извините, у нас лапки». А кому нужны ваши извинения, если ты с дороги хочешь припарковать машину на обещанное парковочное место и просто пойти спать? Так что парковки никакой нет. Не ведитесь на обещания сотрудников отеля, они врут) Номера восторга тоже не вызвали. Номерной фонд очень старый, и явно давно не было ремонта. Стены обшарпаны, обои местами вздулись. Входная дверь в номере, сюрприз-сюрприз, не закрывается изнутри на защелку. В душевой очень неприятное темное освещение. Принудительной вентиляции нет. Чистота самого душа вызывает сомнения. Мыться босиком я не рискнула, лучше в тапочках. Ещё и тканевая шторка висит, которая ничего не знает об этой вашей гигиене, потому что её невозможно нормально продезинфицировать. Одно из полотенец для ног было всё в жёлтых пятнах. Из плюсов могу отметить, что во время сидения на унитазе можно очень удобно положить подбородок на раковину, если устали держать голову (шутка, никакой это не плюс, просто там очень тесно). Постельное белье чистое и на том спасибо. Тапочки в номере есть, а то без них было бы совсем тоскливо. Завтраки неплохие. По итогу спасибо отелю за испорченное настроение и стресс! Даже если это будет единственный отель в мире, я никогда больше в нём не остановлюсь.
