"The hotel is a gem! New, elegant, the room was comfortable and spacious, with a terrace furnished with a table and chairs for enjoying tea outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom had a lovely shower with constant hot water. The staff were incredibly friendly (special thanks to Alpinè, who helped us in many ways). The cleanliness was impeccable, with high-quality linens and towels, and a full range of amenities. The real plus was the amazing breakfast! Abundant, delicious, and incredibly varied (with the addition of "treats" like pralines, pastries, and candies). A truly pleasant surprise and highly recommended."

The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and served quickly. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

Pleasant 5 minute walk down the street to a supermarket and pharmacy. If I recall correctly there is not an elevator. We were travelling with a Gate1 group and we're happy to be booked at this hotel."

"We had a warm stay at the hotel which is conveniently located close to the highway. Good parking space. A warm welcome along with the help provided for laundry made our stay comfortable. The chef and the front desk patiently understood our vegetarian food requirements for dinner and breakfast and prepared a great meal with more than sufficient quantity. Would certainly recommend this hotel."

"El alojamiento está a las afueras de Goris (1,5 km con grandes cuestas; mejor llevar coche) al final de una calle sin salida. Hay parking solo para 2 coches. Para llegar a las habitaciones hay que bajar escaleras (incómodas con el equipaje). Nosotros elegimos la familiar porque además de tener una cama más, tenía ante la puerta un espacio para comer o cenar (una especie de gran tonel de madera). Cama grande (colchón algo castigado, sábanas y almohadas normales). Sofá, frigorífico, TV, facilidades para café y té más un licor muy rico. Suelo y paredes en madera, wifi bueno y calefacción. El baño era frío y con poca luz, poco acogedor; calientatoallas (no funcionaba) y ducha con cortina, regular de presión y agua más bien tibia; toallas aceptables. Limpieza general mejorable. A la llegada nos atendió una persona (solo hablaba armenio) que nos permitió acceder al cuarto. Más tarde llegó el encargado (si hablaba un poco de inglés y fue amable) que a la noche organizó una barbacoa en el jardín para otros huéspedes (jóvenes norteamericanos) y que, cuando le pagamos (efectivo y en drams) nos obsequió con un pequeño recuerdo del establecimiento. Jardín grande aunque un poco descuidado. Vista la localidad y su discreta oferta hotelera, este Hayi Tun no estuvo mal."
