"Nos alojamos en Klajdi Resort & SPA con nuestra familia y tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y muchas ofrecían hermosas vistas al mar. El resort cuenta con playa privada, piscina, spa e instalaciones de bienestar, restaurante y servicios para niños, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para unas vacaciones en familia. El personal fue amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier solicitud. Teniendo en cuenta la comodidad, los servicios y la ubicación frente al mar, consideramos que la relación calidad-precio era excelente. Recomendamos con mucho gusto Klajdi Resort & SPA a otras familias que busquen unas vacaciones relajantes y cómodas junto al mar."

"Location - it depends on what you need. There are no huge disco clubs etc, however, in a near surrounding you can find a bunch of restaurants, coffee's etc, markets etc. The only thing missing in markets were sim cards (if you need to buy f.eg. for your personal Internet, but it's not the hotel fault ;) - it's a general rule that markets can't trade it). For reaching a "special events" you need to move to Durres, but if not - it's a perfect "base" for taking a rest and arranging some trips through the Albania Atmosphere - extremely relaxing. It's calm, but not like in a "dead place". It's just a normal "noise" of a smaller town. Regarding the hotel - it's perfect. Plus music during the day from the speakers in hotel and on the beach. Not too loud and the playlist is also relaxing - nice music to calm you down (not only a chilling/trance chilling one, there are normal sound tracks also ;) but the selection and proportion are appropriate) Room - you've got all you need. Space is enough, balcony is nice, including a table and chairs, where you can take a rest in the evening while watching the seaside. Air condition is quiet and working well. Toilet is also very nice. TV set is large enough for a comfortable tv watching Cleanliness - perfect. Rooms are cleaned day by day, towells are changed. Amenities - strong wifi, also in a room and in some areas on the beach. SPA pool, gym and sauna available. Pool outside is nice. Beach - large and nice, sandy, with a bunch of sun umbrellas. Each room has a "voucher" for booking an umbrella with 2 places. There is no need to "fight" for a free place at 5 a.m. ;) Food - tasty. There's a great variety of different products to choose."

"Excelente atención al cliente por parte de todo el personal. En particular, el personal del restaurante, que estuvo encantado de atendernos con esmero bajo la dirección del chef Ergon. No hubo ningún problema. Éramos un grupo de ocho personas y siempre nos reservaron una mesa."

"Este hotel es una estafa, nos estafaron haciendo publicidad engañosa. Reservamos este hotel por un par de semanas y pedimos uno súper de lujo, cuando llegamos nos dieron una casita como la llaman “villa” que era como una prisión. Luego dijeron que cometimos un “error” al decir que solo teníamos 4 personas y no 5, lo que nos costó un par de miles de euros para poder quedarnos. Antes de pagar, chismearon sobre que no pagábamos, lo que provocó que la gente se pusiera muy en contra de nosotros pensando que robaríamos y nos saldríamos con la nuestra. Pagamos y se detuvieron, y una de las recepcionistas nos contó lo que decían. La comida, Dios mío, es un cumplido incluso llamar terrible la comida que sirven. La comida era horrible, hormigas en la comida, ¡toda la comida tenía en su mayoría 1 semana! Si quieres desayunar, comer Y cenar sandías VEN A ESTE HOTEL pero si quieres comer comida comestible y buena ni te molestes en mirar los comentarios porque la mayoría del apartado es negativo. "For a 4 star Hotel, the offerings were basic at best - stayed in a double room accommodation. Pros: • Staff: Welcoming & friendly greeting; arranged airport transfer to hotel, helpful in communicating with tour guide. • Room: Clean, comfortable mattress, rooftop balcony • Location: A short walk to the beach, shops, and town centre. Cons: • Communication: Not very quick in their response to e-mails or Whatsapp ＞ I e-mailed to arrange airport transfer 2 days before departure, response received & transfer arranged day of arrival • Breakfast: Very limited variety and repetitive daily selection. • No room ammenities i.e. no shower screen (had to mop floor after every shower); no shower mat (had to place a hand towel on the floor to dry feet); no hospitality tray (had to ask for glasses for drinking); no bedroom bin; TV not picking up Netflix or Youtube despite 2 attempts at resetting; no luggage racks to place suitcase • Noisy bathroom extractor fan • Housekeeping attended to the room once in the 7 days we were there • Surrounded by ongoing construction"

"A 3-star hotel and for these 3 stars it's ok. Clean rooms, air conditioning works. Breakfasts are quite monotonous, but for a week you can easily figure out something so that you don't eat the same thing all the time. Dinners are great, something different every day. The staff is nice. They know basic phrases in Polish, even better in English ;). You can see that not everything is the latest, but I have no complaints. The swimming pool is working and clean. There are a lot of Poles, so the kids had someone to play with."

"V Grand hotelu VM jsme s manželem strávili 8 dnů a byli jsme víc než spokojení. Moderní, dobře vybavený hotel, všude bylo čisto, personál byl velmi příjemný vždy ochotný pomoci. Naprosto skvělá byla hotelová restaurace – příjemné prostředí, každý den obrovská nabídka pokrmů (mořské plody, ryby, běžné maso, zelenina čerstvá, tepelně upravená, nakládaná, mnoho různých salátů, pomazánek, ovoce čerstvé i kompoty, všechny možné přílohy, sladké i slané pokrmy). Dle své chuti i preferencí si mohl vybrat naprosto každý. V hotelu bylo několik automatů, kde si každý mohl načepovat pitnou vodu. V restauraci i mimo (na pláži a u bazénu byly bary nabízející nealkoholické i alkoholické nápoje a skvělou kávu. Součástí hotelu byl i tzv. „Vodní svět“ – Několik bazénů (pro děti i dospělé), pro děti mnoho vodních prvků a atrakcí (různé skluzavky, tobogány, zábavné sprchy), zábavné programy pro děti i dospělé zajišťovali mladí animátoři. Hotel nebyl situován přímo u pláže, ale pěšky to k pláži trvalo jen pár minut. Mezi hotelem a pláží taky jezdil elektromobil, který k moři odvezl každého, komu se z nějakého důvodu pěšky nechtělo. Chci zmínit i dvě osoby, které si zaslouží mimořádné ocenění. 1. Šéf hotelové restaurace, pan Erioni, který dohlížel na bezproblémový chod restaurace (čisté, upravené prostředí, vždy volá místa u stolů, žádné fronty, nesmírně ochotný a úslužný personál). Když bylo třeba, pan Erioni osobně svým podřízeným vypomáhal. 2. Mladá, nesmírně příjemná filipínská masérka Leonora. Nikdy dřív jsem nezažila tak úžasnou masáž. Panu Erionovi i slečně Leonoře chci tímto vyjádřit obdiv velký dík za perfektně odváděnou práci. Ale abych jen nechválila – předpokládám, že nejen já bych přivítala v koupelně, sprchovém koutě, madlo, kterého by bylo možné se ve sprše přidržet. Taky alespoň malou poličku k odložení mýdla či šampónu při sprchování. Together with my husband we spent 8 days at the Grand Hotel VM, and we were more than happy. A modern, well-equipped hotel, all areas of the hotel were tidy and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant, always willing to help. The hotel's restaurant was absolutely brilliant - a pleasant setting, a huge menu of dishes every day (seafood, fish, regular meat, fresh vegetables, cooked vegetables, pickled vegetables, many different salads, spreads, fresh and compote fruits, all sorts of attachments, sweet and salty dishes). To their taste and preferences, absolutely everyone could choose. There were several dispensers in the hotel where everyone could tap their drinking water. In and out of the restaurant (on the beach and by the pool) there were bars offering soft and alcoholic drinks and very good coffee. The hotel also included the so-called "Water world" - Several pools (for children and adults), many water features and attractions for children (various slides, toboggans, fun showers), entertaining programs for children and adults were provided by young animators. The hotel was not situated right by the beach"
