We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel — it was even nicer than we expected. The beds were comfortable with regular pillows. We were three people staying in a seaside view room, which had one double bed and one single bed, both very comfortable. The room also had a fridge. However, the soap and shampoo provided weren't great, so we ended up buying our own. Our room was located away from the pool area, which turned out to be a plus — we didn’t hear much noise from the music in the evenings. Reception & Service The reception staff didn’t speak English very well and weren’t very helpful when we had questions. For example, they didn’t even know about the hotel’s activity team. Eventually, we found a handwritten schedule that was almost illegible. They also weren’t able to give good recommendations for things to do, so I’d suggest doing your own research online beforehand. On the other hand, the restaurant staff were very efficient, friendly, and professional. Activities The hotel’s activity team ran aqua dance and aqua polo every day, and once a week there was a daytime foam party with dancing by the beachside restaurant. Food & Drinks The drinks were disappointing — the cocktails were too strong, but the beer was good. The food was just okay. Our kids mostly ended up eating pizza and pasta. The desserts were unfamiliar to us, and we didn’t enjoy them much. My mother has a gluten allergy, which made things difficult at times. Toward the end of our stay, she finally found a bag of gluten-free bread, which helped. Room Issues We were only given one key card for the room because the hotel didn’t have extras. This caused some inconvenience, especially when we weren’t all doing the same activities — we had to go to the reception to get help accessing the room. Also, the room phone didn’t work. Sunbeds Situation I went jogging at 7 a.m. on several mornings and noticed that most of the poolside sunbeds were already reserved — people had laid towels across three beds and claimed them for the entire day. Unfortunately, the hotel had no rules or measures in place to prevent this. It would’ve been better if they limited it to one towel per bed or something similar. Fortunately, there were always enough sunbeds at the beach, so we still had a good experience. Location The hotel’s location was great — close to bars, restaurants, street vendors selling all sorts of things, and water sports activities. Crowds & Atmosphere We stayed from July 10th to 19th, so it was very crowded. It’s a busy, lively place. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, this may not be the right destination. But for us — I traveled with kids aged 13 and 17, and my 80-year-old mother — it was perfect. We were just looking for sun, a pool, and the beach. Transport & Connectivity We booked transport to and from the hotel in advance. It may have been more expensive than a regular taxi, but it was very safe and seamless. We bought a SIM card from a stall near the hotel
