Prestige Resort

The hotel was terrible. The pool was not functioning, same with Aqua Park which they promoted as a famous aqua park on their page.There wasn’t enough food, the wifi doesn’t work . The place wasn’t clean , the rooms were moldy .We paid all inclusive but the only thing opened was the restaurant .

So disappointed and saddened by the way we’re were treated by this hotel. We booked the honeymoon suit in 2020, paid £150 deposit and went back to check again 6 months before the wedding the reservation was ok. When we arrived the night of our wedding we were told the reservation had been lost, not only that but they had also ‘lost’ our deposit and we were demanded to pay the full £300 for 2 nights in a room far far below the quality of room we booked, small, dirty and dark. We tired our best to share how unfair the situation was but they had taken my husbands identity card and would not give it back until we paid in full. I have never been treated like this is high quality hotels in the UK and would advise anyone to avoid this hotel. Much nicer and accommodating places across the same stretch of beach in Durrës. Albania is a beautiful beautiful country but sadly let down but business that want to profit for us. Don’t trust.

Decided to have a relaxing midweek break and opted for the VIP pool which mind you its $20 entrance fee.. service at the pool was nonexistent essentially. Later then went on yo have lunch at the restaurant where i order the Salmon Tartare as one of my apps. Presentation looked amazing until i took the first bite where i was pretty much bitting into salmon ice cubes. It was obviously inedible, told the staff about it and they totally dismissed it.. Never eating here again..

I went for the first time with my 2-year-old daughter and I was extremely dissatisfied with the Aquapark staff. 1. In each resort at the moment you enter they equip you with personal towels, this was not even thought of here. 2. If you luckily managed to find a deckchair, the first moment you didn't pay attention, it would have disappeared and the others or the staff had taken it. 3. Most importantly, the responsible persons were non-stop whistling about this or that. A 2-year-old child normally needs to be accompanied by a parent, and these people approached and asked not to use the slides with them. In another pool, they came and said these clowns are only for the other pool, taking from people who were enjoying that little moment. If you stay with the style of the Albanian parent, either this or that, it's better to close it. My child asked me to leave after only 1 hour of staying and only at 16:30 I managed to convince her to come back and that's when I realized that she was traumatized by these so-called guards. Not here, dad, because she's yelling at us, not here because there is the policeman. SHAME

Great hotel and a beautiful location. Spent 1 week with 3 teenagers and husband here. Had two seperate rooms, view to the ocean. Cleaning daily, attentive and friendly staff from reception to other staff. Breakfast large, maybe not to the Scandinavian taste with so much sweet and fried food. Pools are really great, the sea right on your doorstep. Having breakfast on the private promenade/ terraze is unforgettable with such a view. The Aquapark on the resort is better than it looks. You buy a daypass for that. Kids loved it and there was a lot of safety staff. Can recommend a holiday here if you like luxury and want a pool/ sea holiday.

One of the worst hotels we have stayed at. The place is nice though still under construction, but the attention is just bad. We arrived late from Tirana and were sent to a room right beside a party even if we mentioned we had two kids. We could not sleep and they just said we had to understand there were parties on Saturdays. Our room was not ready the next day, and we were sent to a room which was not what we paid for. We had to wait until 5pm to get our room. We asked for a late check out and they said no. If you have a problem or a complain, no one really cares. It is allowed to smoke everywhere and many just throw the cigarettes around. The rooms are noisy so it is better to stay as far as possible from the main building where there is constant music. There are much better options in Albania I guess.
