We were taken here when our Jet2 flight was cancelled earlier this month. I appreciate it was very short notice to accommodate so many people so although the room wasn't the best, it was only for a few hours. The room was small and needed a clean, the bathroom was in a state of disrepair with the towel rail hanging off and the shower tray filling up with water when we showered. However the bed was comfortable, the air con was good and there were tea and coffee making facilities. This is not, however, a four star hotel! However, there was a power cut the following day and as we were in the basement, it was totally in the dark. My husband went down to collect the cases and didn't check the wardrobe. Unfortunately, I had left a dress in there. I was quite prepared to pay to have the dress returned but despite contacting the hotel many times, they have failed to acknowledge any of my emails, WhatsApp messages and the message submitted via the website. Even if the dress had gone, it would have been polite and good customer service to have replied to me. The staff spoke English and even if they hadn't I could have google translated their response. Extremely poor customer service, to the point of ignorance. There were some good points about the hotel but as they can't be bothered to respond, I can't be bothered to list them!
