World class skiing at the resorts of Aspen, Snowmass and Vail are all within a short drive! The main level offers a spacious primary bedroom and a versatile guest room featuring a queen Murphy bed. By day, this guest room easily transforms into a game room complete with a card table, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Bright and airy, the space opens onto a private deck with comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. This entire level is comfortably climate-controlled with central air conditioning. The lower level features two additional guest bedrooms, including a spacious two-room suite with two queen beds and a second bedroom with one queen bed. While this level does not have central air conditioning, fans are provided to ensure comfort during warm summer nights. After an adventurous day of exploring the Roaring Fork Valley, gather with family or friends for a fun filled night of games, relax on the back deck with a glass of wine or take a stroll and enjoy the beautiful views along the Rio Grande river trail. IMPORTANT TO NOTE THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited.  Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine. Owner stores 1-2 vehicles in part of the driveway however the rest of the driveway is available for guest's use. Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.).
