Premier Inn Leicester North West

There was mould in the bathroom and, more of an issue there was mould in bedroom. The food was not nice, for the price. The burger I had was ok to be fair but just not great. Staff were pretty miserable too unfortunately. Breakfast in a dirty pub and poor quality. Just not a great stay. In future I would pay more for a different hotel.

Great stay, staff always friendly, Callum on reception massive help and made sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved the little chocolate bars and keyrings with their names on, 100% would recommend and shall return on our next outing to the area

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the were staff welcoming and kind and parking was ample. The restaurant next door is not affiliated with premier inn but they serve a premier breakfast. The restaurant was terrible in every way. We couldn’t bring ourselves to eat there. We stayed on a Saturday night and had issues with noisy guests at night and in the early hours of the morning. They probably came from the pub/restaurant dive place next door.

Stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Leicester. Very friendly and welcoming staff on reception to check you in. The hotel has a carvery restaurant right next to it which food is lovely there, especially the cakes wow really really generous size portions, very good value for money. Big and spacious rooms with everything needed for a perfect stay, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, decent sized TV.

Dreadful will definitely not be returning. Dirty towels, missing toilet roll holder, towel rail hanging off wall,mouldy shower, mouldy wall around window, dirty windows, moss growing on the outside of windows. Felt like I was staying in some cheap b&b. Pot holes everywhere, metal posts over the road as you come in, which could go through someone's windscreen if you were in a motor home or a van.

The Room: Blocked shower requiring us to, once discovered after showering, use every available towel in the room to mop up the bathroom floor. Reported to reception and asked for replacement towels. We were assured both issues would be rectified. We left at midday to attend a function. Retuned at 9:00 pm to find neither the shower repaired or the towels replaced. TV didn't work. Restaurant: Absolutely disgusting. In fact it wasn't a restaurant, but a war zone. Used knives and forks strewn on the absolutely filthy carpet. Tables overflowing with used glasses sitting atop filthy tables. Even the menus you were supposed to use to order food from were sticky, stained and filthy. Staff walked past all of these horrors repeatedly and did nothing about them. No evidence of anyone managing the restaurant at all.
