Spark by Hilton Glendive

The main areas were not clean. The elevator floor had old pizza and other garbage on it. There were a lot of kids staying the same time we were, so it’s possible that the trash had recently been dropped, but it didn’t look as though the floor had been vacuumed in quite awhile. Our bathtub had black scum streaks all over it and the walls had been splattered with some kind of dirty water. I had to borrow cleaning products from the front desk to clean it all off since it clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. After I cleaned the room, I thought I could finally relax, but no. The remote for the tv wasn’t working so we had to go down to the lobby yet again. Thankfully the woman working at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. If it hadn’t been for her, I would rate this hotel even lower

The pillows and sink had hairs on them and when we moved the fridge it feel from the compartment. When asking for a refund they refused due to no general manager being present even when we tried on phone she refused because she was not on the clock.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Super clean and extremely friendly front desk. Quick access to locations we needed and several choices to eat near by. We will be returning and happy to document such an excellent choice of an overnight stay! We were sorry we only had one night.

Well, where to start? As you pull up to the hotel it looks nice, new and updated! Check in wasn’t bad the attendant was busy with other things but I can live with that! After check in is where everything turns south. The place is filthy! Dust, dirt everywhere! The elevator looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed ever! As I was walking to my room in looking at the hallway it too looked like it hasn’t ever been vacuumed! Once I got into the room it was the same….like it hadn’t been vacuumed! What a disaster! I always carry flip flops to wear in hotel rooms but that wasn’t enough. I also wore socks. The room had a fridge and inside the fridge were some leftovers and a couple tall boy beers! Yep they were frozen! Bathroom was a little cleaner! The shower partially worked. Breakfast?! Yeah right what breakfast!! Overall I will not stay here again!

Hotel room was very dirty. There was pee on the toilet seat, dust and dirt all over the room, and the sheets were dirty. The kids enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was hot but unimpressive. We would not stay here again.

The room was comfortable. With the exception of an ice machine not working, whatever deferred maintenance that has been mentioned in previous reviews is no longer a problem, as both elevators are working. Check in was a breeze. The location is right off the freeway. The complimentary breakfast was good omelets, sausage and hash browns as well at the usual cereals and toast. I'd stay there again.
