Nos envié el hotel para abordar nuestras preocupaciones, pero no hemos oído nada. No tuvimos la oportunidad de abordar los problemas mientras estuvimos allí. Estamos en vacaciones en el sur de California 2-3 veces al año. Estabamos en la vagabond Glendale por primera vez. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a 20 minutos en coche de los Studios Universal, a lo largo de la calle, a 2 restaurantes y tiendas en un barrio seguro. Los cons: ruido de techo- Nos despertamos a las 6:40a para el trabajador de construcción en el techo. No exactamente cómo queríamos despertar en vacaciones. No nos dijeron que la construcción estaba en marcha y había pedido específicamente una habitación tranquila. El sitio web publicó Wi-Fi y TV grande con HBO. La habitación no tiene. El sitio web todavía publica esto. Esto es una inconveniente enorme con los adolescentes. As the hotel hands you a piece of paper informing you that there is no wifi or TV, it must have been unsecure for a while. Parking policy is $10/day yet there is plenty of space- never full and no valet so not sure what we're paying for. También, sólo una microondas en el lobby. La mayoría de los motels ofrecen microondas. El problema no era tanto el propio motel, pero publican algo diferente, así que el cliente tiene diferentes expectativas de lo que están recibiendo. Hay muchas opciones en el ámbito, por lo que no estamos seguros de que volvamos a elegir esta.

Estacionamiento fácil y seguro, cama confortable y habitación muy limpia. Regresaremos a la bodega.

Instalaciones: instalaciones completas, espacio mayor Higiene: buena higiene, limpieza Medio ambiente: superior, tranquilo y seguro en las áreas residenciales cercanas Servicio: excelente servicio, recepción muy amable y entusiasta La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Sigue en la zona de la ciudad, es muy conveniente ir a la Observación a la sala de conciertos al aeropuerto (a condición de conducir)

El hotel es muy grande, los cuartos son suites, hay sofá y mesa de reunión, el viaje de negocios también puede reunirse, ¡muy bueno! El desayuno es rico, también puede ser en el lugar, caliente, bueno, ¡en la siguiente opción de LA más de un hotel!

I love this hotel. We are visiting from Texas. The staff and front desk hosts definitely give you wonderful service. They serve in excellence. We are Hilton diamond members and decided to give the competitor a try. This hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were so cozy and the beds are super comfortable. They even accommodated an early check in as it was available. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast was of good quality. The hotel even held our luggage and groceries at check out because our next check in is not until 3pm at our next destination. I like that the hotel is close to a mall, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. I definitely will return to this hotel.

A hotel is just that. A hotel. There are hundreds of them, everywhere. All sorts of prices and immensities. A hotel is a building that offers accommodation for a night or more. Obvious right? So why state it? Because it is the PEOPLE who can make your stay range from outstanding to good to okay to a disaster. Read that again. My review of this particular hotel is a great one but not for the reason you'd think. I'm giving it an AMAZING review because of its PEOPLE. Its staff. Anyone from upper management or executive level management reading this should pay particular attention to the wording of my review. A hotel is a BUILDING of which there are HUNDREDS in the surrounding area. So why have I extended my stay again, and again, and again when I am a lifetime ambassador member at the MARRIOT. It is simple. THE TEAM AT THIS PROPERTY ARE WAY ABOVE THE NORM. Infact, they are in a league of their own. Three people I have met at the front desk who deal with everything. A Filipino lady, (presented with class and perfect French Provencial nails) a young gentleman, (with dark curly hair & and an amazing watch) and a young lady with dark hair and glasses. I am sorry to not know their name however, I mention all three of them because THEY are the reason to stay here. They make your visit OUTSTANDING. Here is why THEY make this hotel. The Filipino lady who is such a natural kind woman, dressed in a suit, presents herself as down to earth and as kind as could be. She is obviously NOT scripted nor robotic. She is simply a genuine human who oozes of care and kindness to her guests. Not one single bit of 'fake' from her. Now, what I mean about not being 'robotic' is she genuinely cares about her guests. She pays attention and engages in their experience. How many times have I experiences this at the Marriot over 3 decades? I don't know. I most certainly don't remember anything like this level of genuine care. The young gentleman with the curly hair, great jewelry and the Movado watch. I have NEVER experienced customer service such as the kind he provides. Mostly he is genuine, he is friendly, and he engages in your experience. The connection he has with his father is something that made my respect for this young professional go through the roof. Kindness is without a single doubt his strength. A wise head on his shoulder, a kind spirit and a built in 'care' device he shares with his clients. Most certainly he is not scripted in any way. A human connection is provided by this gentleman that allows 'us', the customer to feel cared for and not just ”people coming and going through on a conveyer belt checking on and out”. The young lady with dark hair and dark glasses is simply a gem of a human. Yet another kind soul helping us checking in and out, extended stays and making sure we are happy. This lady does this almost effortlessly with a genuine smile on her face. It's almost like she makes the building come alive. You see, when people are happy and kind, that e
