If you clog the pipes and there is a plumber needed, you will be billed for the repair. This is an older home with lots of charm and character, please respect it. Please leave the house the way you found it. No moving furniture from room to room. Any cleaning beyond normal use (extra dirt or soiling of furniture, beds, bedding, floors, etc.) will be subject to an extra service cleaning fee above the rate listed. Quiet hours: Starts 11 pm Sunday - Thursday, 12 am Friday & Saturday. Please be respectful of our lovely neighbors! There is no trespassing on the neighbor's property. The smell or evidence of smoke or any illegal substances in the house will incur a minimum $300 fee.
