This remodeled and updated two-story home sets on 2.5 acres in the Jackson Branch cove near the 4 mile marker. There are no steps leading to the house and there is ample parking for your vehicles and trailers. The house provides a lake view and access to a private dock via walkway and long series of stairs or you can drive down to eliminate approximately half of the steps along the walkway and stairwell. There are king master suites on both floors and three additional bedrooms providing beds for 14 people. A large sectional couch and other open spaces allow additional sleeping. The master baths each have a tub/shower and the two additional bathrooms (one on each level) each have a shower. The upper living area has a large sectional sofa providing over 21 feet of seating, a 70-inch LCD UHD television, and is surrounded by 270 degrees of windows allowing a view of the lake. A second living area on the lower level has a 55-inch LCD UHD television. The furnished kitchen has a pantry to store your own food and drinks and a second refrigerator is on the main level as well. The 11-foot dining table seats 14-18 people with additional seating inside at the bar and outside on the deck. A large six-burner barbecue grill is on the upper deck near the kitchen. A screened-in porch and patio are on the lower level. The private dock has a 12' x 32' swim platform with slide,12' x 28' covered boat slip and a covered pwc slip with lift available for you to use. A kayak and paddle boat are also provided. Several nearby marinas offer boat and pwc rentals. Others features include high speed internet, cable/satellite, Blu-ray/DVD player, new mattresses, and a front-load washer and dryer. Established pets are welcome.
