Room is clean with good shower. Location is very near Buchanan station which is very convenient to travel outside Glasgow.Breakfast is ok, no variation for the whole week during our stay.

離地鐵、巴士站不遠不近，10來分鐘可以到。早餐還可以，水果和茶包選擇較豐富，吃得挺飽的，衞生狀況和客房服務都還行。

Estuve con mi familia, ya hemos estado en varios premier inn en Escocia. Las instalaciones no tengo queja. El último día me olvidé unos pendientes de plata en la mesita de la habitación y cuando volví a reclamarlos unas horas más tardes, ya no estaban… que mal!! En los hoteles no debe pasar esto. Olvido algo y desaparece??!! me da igual que alguien se los quede o que los hayan tirado por error, muy mal el servicio de limpieza y el trato a las pertenencias en las habitaciones. Esto no puede suceder en ningún hotel.

Stayed at this Premier Inn in the heart of Glasgow city centre Location is fantastic, literally slap bang in the middle of the centre with shops, restaurants and tourist attractions nearby Room was nice, bed was really comfy, loads of space in the room. Shower was good, in fact the whole bathroom was clean and couldn't be faulted Faultless stay, aside from perhaps a lack of choice for the breakfast in the morning, but that is a very minor gripe. Great hotel, well recommended

Large orange stain on the carpet.one of our rooms had no towels.bacon at breakfast is too thin and well done.also no were to park.hair dryer kept cutting out too.spare pillows had no security tag.so didnt know if were cleaned or not.price was good though

Stayed here as we were seeing a show at the Theatre Royal in Hope Street. We arrived to see that the self check in was being refurbished but the staff member checking us in was really helpful and we waited 10 minutes maximum. We were on the 12th floor which was easily accessible by elevator, and was activated by the key card for the room. We had a lovely modern room with a walk in shower. It was very quiet where we were and we had a lovely view of Glasgow city centre from our room. Perfect location for staying over after a night out in Glasgow. Will definitely be back! Thoroughly recommend the drinks and waffles from Black Sheep round the corner.

Excellent hotel but.. being disabled and use a walker we were not made aware of disabled refuge point in event of fire alarm going off. This happened at 3.30am and I had to struggle in horrendous pain with walker down 8 flights of stairs being shouted at by guests to get a move on. Only on check out did receptionist tell us that if we'd pressed button at disabled refuge point by lift we could have stayed by lift. We're not happy about lack of communication here and I'm now bed ridden due to horrendous pain caused by evacuation from hotel. Not even apology from receptionist in morning 😒
