La comodidad de este alojamiento es excelente, ya que está a poca distancia de un pub, un centro comercial y la principal autopista. La cálida bienvenida de la habitación con calefacción es un detalle maravilloso después de pasar los fríos días de invierno de Escocia.

Overall a pleasant stay. Clean, tidy, spacious room. Good customer service throughout stay although v little service required during my visit. Breakfast fell short of usual high expectations as a variety of 'cooked items' were unavailable, when required, as chef was unable to keep up with demand.

Receptionist on the late shift over tea-time was rude when my husband enquired about booking dinner as he was informed we couldn’t eat at the time we requested due to a table of 5 coming in 45 mins after we wanted to book as it would be too much pressure for the chef. For someone that works in the hospitality industry, I think this is a bad response for a family for 3 adults & an infant aged 1.5years old to be told we couldn’t eat until 8pm.

Reasonably priced hotel. Two negatives 1. Pillows leave a lot to be desired. 2. Shame that they don’t ditch the American Hash Browns and as it is Scotland serve tattie scones, fried pancakes, Lorne Sausage. They all ready offer pancakes in the continental breakfast all they need to do is fry them. On the positive for dinner have the steak perfectly cooked to requested medium rare.

I'm not one to usually leave a negative comment however I was really really shocked with the room me and my sister had for a 1 night stay in Glasgow. Arrival everything was clean but when we got to our room we were taken aback! I've never stayed in a Premier where the room was so neglected & dirty. Mold in the bathroom around the door, the desk laminate topping was peeling off the majority of the surfaces. The only heater was a plug in? The shower head alone was moldy and dirty looking! Thermostate wasn't even working, buttons on it all broken. Walls all chipped with massive dents and dirty. To top it off the breakfast the following morning was poor. Staff were shocking having private conversations amongst themselves loud enough for everyone to hear & when trying to check out we were made to feel like we were interrupting more of this conversation. One person just sat on a chair in the "waiting" area. Completely unprofessional.

The whole building is 100% clean. The staff are very welcoming. I was very impressed with the evening restaurant staff on 24/4/25. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is always good when you feel a warm welcome when you spend time in a new place. I was made to feel at home!

Have stayed here a few times with work now, the rooms are clean the beds are fresh, they never have any mixed grill but I'll let them off for that 😂 The staff are great, barman Ronnie really makes you feel welcome, always smiling and quick with the jokes. Would definitely stay here again.
