Travelodge Glasgow Govan

Istayed her for two nights. What a fabulous surprise. It was quiet even given near a junction..when you shut the window it was silent. There is a restaurant on site which cooks good food- it was busy! The staff were fantastic. Very helpful, very friendly and chatty and one of the room cleaning staff said hello too! Kirsten was on front desk when I arrived and left and was so helpful..thank you! I felt comfortable, the room and facilities were clean! and the bed was far better than any P INN! I would love to stay again. Thank you!

A nice and clean hotel, with friendly staff and a proper breakfast buffet. Outside the city center, but with buses to the centre and the airport nearby. Good value for money.

I needed to do few things in Glasgow, incl visiting Loch Lomond. This location was perfect to travel around with ample parking available. Not very far from the Govan Patrick bridge and museum so could easily spend a day there. Excellent staff and hotel condition, fairly new.

The hotel was very clean all staff members were very friendly and welcoming, the room was above and beyond clean and well presented, the beds were really comfy as I suffer with a bad back but there bed didn't make it worse, the pillows were soft but firm just how we like them. We will definitely be back for any further stays in Glasgow.

This hotel could be easily overlooked due to its position a few miles outside the city centre. However I’m glad we chose to stay here. The pre stay email suggests it isn’t walking distance from Cardonald station but in fact for anyone of reasonable fitness it is a comfortable walk even with luggage. It took us 15-20 mins and it’s all flat. Best to use the subway under the main road for the most direct route. If staying for a race involving closed roads in the city centre it is probably advisable to use the train. I went in by bus but after the race it was chaos trying to find an operational bus stop. Train back and I was inside the hotel in under 15 mins. Few shops in the local area but there is a Lidl which we didn’t visit.

No help from staff and over charged at reception in Govan no phone In bedroom and if staff are there they are only the workers I have never felt so confused at a hotel in my life with no help or apology day 3 I had no choice but to leave 169£ at reception with no help from staff

Hotel was clean and quiet, bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Value for money…GH

We’ve stayed in several hotels during our vacation, this was a very clean & comfy hotel. The staff was super friendly & helpful! The only issue we had was the very limited parking, we arrived later in the evening & ended up having to park across the street behind a bar.

Great location. Walking distance to Glasgow hospital, public transportation (buses and taxis). Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable
