Premier Inn Glasgow (Cambuslang/M74, J2A)

My husband and I stayed here at the weekend. Staff were amazing. Nothing was a bother to them. Had the meal deal, which I think is a great deal. Would definitely recommend a stay here if passing through. Near to local town centre and motorway which gives you options on were to explore. We will return again. Thank you for your hospitality

A wee post Christmas trip in a great hotel. Stayed in a great room and breakfast was excellent as always. Both receptionists were great and very helpful. Just a pity bar not open later. Saw the sign about buying the beds and made some enquires, hopefully I'll soon own one too.

We used to come here often when it was orion way. We came a few weeks ago and got seated for breakfast with no issue even though we were not in the hotel . This week we came back with more family to be told it's hotel guests only . The place was empty. The ginger headed girl needs needs a course in customer service as her attitude is poor. Definitely made a mistake getting rid of the old managers

Location is the only thing going for this premier inn honestly we have stayed here year after year and we won’t be back after this time it is in desperate need of restoration damp beds the bedding smells of damp seriously bad to the point it should not be allowed to have people stay in it we woke up in the morning chesty as it was so damp really we won’t be back and not only will we not be back we would tell anybody with chest problems or breathing issues not to stay here as it’s a health hazard premier inn sort this out please

The most comfortable bed ever! Pillows are so soft. Rooms clean. Plenty eating places just walking distance from the hotel plus coffee shops. Peaceful location. Friendly staff both in hotel & restaurant next door. Perfect temperature in room.

This a tired hotel that has not seen money spent on it for some time, or so it seems. The approach to the car park has a very poorly maintained section that will damage suspension and us shared with a KFC and a McDonald’s and so there is a lot of poor parking nearby.The car park is free but requires you to input the registration on a tablet on arrival, this includes any visitor who might only be dropping you off. There is no lift. On arrival the room was ready but had a curtain that didn’t work, had two bags of bedding under the bed one of which was ripped with bedding spilling on the floor. The bathroom was in need of some paint. Despite being a couple there was only one hand towel and one bath towel so this involved a trek back to reception for another of each. There is a single drawer on the hanging space that had not seen a duster in some time so had to be wiped before it could be used. There was double glazing but the area between the secondary glazing and primary was dirty. This all seems to stem from the company policy of penny pinching as exampled by rooms only cleaned on request and even then only one fresh towel provided. Staff were good if stressed by the company’s policy. There is no decaf tea - again company policy.
