The whole experience is worth the money you spend. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the air conditioner operates flawlessly. The staff is amiable and very helpful. Every day, they clean the swimming pool. You can only view the pool from the to the basement rooms; you cannot see the Giritale Lake. The buffet isn't very varied, but what is there is fairly delicious. The majority of the bathrooms had problems, like leaks, foul odors, and missing head showers. The provided towels are a little too old to be of any use. There are lots of other options in the same area you can try if you can afford a little extra money.

The hotel Agbo was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spcious , clean & equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay except for the poor wifi😐. The staff was always on hand to help with anything we needed and were knowledgeable about the local area.

We had stay just for one day. First of all need to say thank you GM and The guy who was in front desk and F & B two guys they were amazing with beautiful smile and friendly service. Location was fine and rooms are very clean and tidy. Rooms condition is very new. Specifically we booked a normal deluxe rooms and we got upgraded room as suite. So thank you once again FO team. Food was very very testy with perfect spicy. Thanks all chefs. Need to upgrade : I would like to ask to upgrade for IRD menu if you can fix in the rooms as a code Or something coz I hope it will easy for the guest. So hopefully we will see the next time to spend our time here. Highly recommend this place to every body.

A fabulous location with rooms overlooking the pool that overlooks the lake. You can watch birds from the balcony. Gardens well maintained. Room was enormous, well equipped and very comfortable. The best shower in Sri Lanka. Staff were all helpful. Breakfast was excellent Beautiful area of SL, peaceful village life!

Had a very enjoyable stay at Agbo Hotel Girithale. From the Front Office to the Restaurant to Housekeeping and rest of the staff were very helpful and courteous. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you Agbo Hotel for the Great Service.

Hotel mit einer schönen Anlage und Pool. Super Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See und alle die Tier die vorbei kommen. Gut eingerichtete Zimmer, gross, modern und mit allem was es benötigt. Guter Service - auch Zimmerservice. Frühstück ist nichts spezielles. Sehr freundliches Personal. Etwas abgelegen, dafür ruhig und nach intensiven Besichtigungstouren kann man sich toll erholen.

Anlässlich einer Safari im Kaudulla NP im Juli besuchte ich das Restaurant dieses Hotels für ein Frühstück und ein Abendessen. Beides war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Bei einem nächsten Besuch des Kaudulla NP werde ich im Hotel Agbo auch übernachten 😁☀️

Hotel confortable , cadre magnifique, les. chambres ont vu sur la piscine , très agréable après une journée de visite , et sur le lac. Le personnel est souriant , professionnel, très à l’écoute . La cuisine est savoureuse . Une belle expérience .
