Always a guaranteed great stay here! Sarah is a smiley face that can never do enough for us, and the staff are always happy to accommodate. Highly recommend this premier, ideal location with lots nearby in short walking distance. Will 100% be back!

I booked the hotel for 3 nights. Whilst I was there I received a number of small bites to my body so I checked out a day early. Asked for a manger and was told there wasnt one available. The restaurant staff were extremely rude and it took over 2 hours to receive my full evening meal on the first night. There was very little drink selection because they had not had a delivery. Room was noisy as was next to a main road. Avoid at all costs.

Everything about this hotel is amazing from the staff to the food to the room Premier Inn at its best.. Can't recommend this hotel enough probably the best Premier Inn stay I've ever had and I've stayed at quite a lot over the past few years Would stay at Chatham pier head next time I'm in the area for sure

We stayed here for 8 nights and honestly could not fault our stay. We only had 3 nights booked originally but due to my elderly mother being seriously ill in hospital we had to extend our stay. The staff Joanne in particular could not have been more helpful and sympathetic to our plight. We were able to stay in the same room which was very comfortable and quiet. We ate dinner in the restaurant every night and had lovely meals. The staff were all very helpful and polite. All in all a very good stay.

Only stopped over night good Evening meal and breakfast in the hotel good nights sleep comfy bed clean room, good shower exceptional staff on reception and service in the dining area. only a small parking area so be quick reasonable priced aswell at 3 pounds, I was road side and didn’t hear anything from the busy traffic

Wonderful stay at the Premier inn in Chatham Victory road.Lovely room clean tidy clean shower ,plenty of towels ,spare pillows.best night sleep I've had in a long time . Tea making facilities in room ...no noise ..The best unlimited breakfast ,scrambled egg was so fluffy . Plenty of tea and juice available.Syagf absolutely attentive to ones needs well dressed and groomed ,chatted and helpful on directions . Brilliant stay will definitely use this hotel again ..Well Done to all the staff that made break unforgettable brilliant

All staff warm and welcoming, looking clean and presentable. Had a wonderful night sleep after driving up from Portsmouth bed was so comfortable plenty of towels and pillows. Tea making facilities plenty tea bags sugar ect. On waking hot shower and breakfast was presented well lovely buffet overall good stay staff lovely and fresh in uniform clean uniforms chatty and well mannered definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel position & room ( prem + ) Lovely breakfast & Les the chef kept everything hot & plentiful , What a shame the hotel have decided to house family’s on a long term basis One woman with 4 wild children completely out of control running around disturbing everyone else with dreadful obnoxious behaviour ! & of course the staff acting like they were not even there ! It’s time feelings of hard working paying customers were allowed a bit of peace !
