Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Gillette Conference Center

We had a wonderful experience with Dani and mike. They were both very welcoming and enjoyable people. Dani took care of us as my friend forgot to pack almost everything so Dani made sure we were taken care of. Mike was a great bartender who made sure we loved our drinks. Thank you ramada staff of Gillette for making sure we had a pleasant stay!!!

This place, and even the room, smelled like tobacco everywhere, the was mold everywheres. And the stuff, while nice, where definitely not the best cleaners. As I was walking to the room I saw a guy playing on his phone in the halls. Maybe he was on a break, idk. But for how un sanitary this place was. Well, this definitely wasn't worth the money. Even for a cheap stay this was bad. Granted this place was, and is better then Hotel 6 here. That place is just a nightmare of the worst staff and manager. That place didn't have working ac ( it was 97 at the time of stay), everything was broken, modeling on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Gross. But this place is much better then there. Still nothing to brag about tho

This hotel/motel is a lot old and ghetto. The pool and meeting areas are in the center of the rooms. If you’re poolside, don’t count on getting any sleep. Noisy as hell! Less expensive, though. Someone puked in the pool tonight, so, the noise is coming from the gathering place.

Great value! Competitively priced. Very close location to I90. Staff and service were great. Fun play area for the kids and a large pool area next to it for the whole family to enjoy. We travel with our Great Dane and the staff was amazing with her. Very welcoming environment. Spacious rooms that are clean with large bathrooms. A variety of options at breakfast, too. This was our second stay here. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Sooo…It was difficult to find a hotel due to an influx of people for an international camporee. I made a reservation online for this hotel months in advance and due to a change in systems, my reservation fell through the cracks. I followed up with the hotel every month to ensure my new reservation still existed and it did. Kudos for that. Based on prior reviews of this hotel under its old name, Ramada, I was prepared to bring my whole house of gadgets, cleaning supplies and whatever else would be needed to make my stay comfortable. I did just that and made the best of the situation. It seems that the hotel was not fully prepared for the high volume of people that descended on the town of Gillette. The staff is kind in regular interaction but there is some run around when attempting to get issues rectified. Renovations are currently underway so I have hopes that capital improvements will be completed by the time the next international camporee rolls around. Also it would be great to showcase the history of the hotel in some shape or fashion for out of towners to learn to appreciate what the hotel has seen in its many years of existence.

Great Hotel at a great price. Staff were fantastic. For sure will be back. First time staying at a Red Lion hotel and really enjoyed it. Rooms were clean and as I said staff very helpful. And they have a loyalty program as they are a part of Sonesta Hotels
