¡Buena ubicación! Junto a la calle principal y la plaza. Fácil acceso a cualquier lugar. Los clientes pueden preguntar al hotel en el que se alojan. Bristol es una ciudad conocida por su historia.

Hotel pretendidamente muy británico, pero realmente es un lugar cutre, descuidado y que no creo que cumpla los estándares de las 3 estrellas que tiene. El precio desorbitado en relación calidad precio. El desayuno, no incluido en el precio es increíblemente malo, sólo tienen café soluble (en pleno siglo XXI). Parte del personal parece que trabaja para la competencia. Las habitaciones, cama y baño parecen diseñadas para pigmeos. Si te dicen que sólo tienen habitaciones interiores directamente busca otro sitio para quedarte. Aunque Gibraltar es normalmente caro para los estándares españoles, pagar 110 libras al día por esto creo que se podría considerar directamente una estafa. Menos mal que también me encontré con gente encantadora en Gibraltar, de lo contrario creo mi viaje hubiera sido un desastre. No recomendable en absoluto. A pretend very British hotel, but it really is a sleazy, unkempt place and I don't think it lives up to its 3 stars standards. The exorbitant price in relation quality price. The breakfast, not included, is incredibly bad, they only have soluble coffee (in the 21st century). Some of the staff appear to work for the competition. The rooms, the bed and the bathroom seem designed for pygmies. If when you go to make the reservation, they tell you that they only have interior rooms, directly look for another place to stay. Although Gibraltar is normally expensive by Spanish standards, paying £110 a day I think could be considered a rip off. Luckily, I also met lovely people in Gib, and that compensate this bad experience, otherwise I think my trip would have been a disaster. The only good thing is its location in the town centre. Not recommended at all.

Despite what my title may digest, this is not going to be a bad review. Brilliant location on Cathedral Square a few metres from.Main St, close to csblecar station, bus stops, shops, bars and the botanic gardens. Really friendly and I slept like a log, it was so quiet at night. It was once a real beauty I'd say and has loads of character. But it's really, old fashioned and dated. The room was tiny and dingy but absolutely clean. I didn't really care about rhe dated look, it's friendly, clean, warm and well located. Not cheap, but not much in Gibraltar is!

Dirtiest place I've ever stayed stained beds carpets walls needs to knocked down dark dingy awful customer service locked fire doors stains on ceiling walls toilet absolutely filthy it like a derelict building stay well away total waste of money

Avoid: Don't be fooled this is a 1 star hotel. This is a Boarding house/ Hotel you would expect to find in Blackpool, northern England in the 1970's including the carpet. Other than the location, there are no redeeming features. There are more stairs to traverse, once you get out the lift on Level 1, good luck if you have heavy/allot of luggage or elderly. The room was very small, terrible furniture, the cooling, mobile air con is so loud you cannot sleep with it on. The bathroom is very small, again absolutely basic. They have not invested in the hotel for decades? I would avoid, I am sure there are better options, its not cheap either, for what you get.....

Came to this hotel for a long weekend break with my mum. It was fantastically located and only £12 in taxi from airport (we got the bus back the following way from Commonwealth Park - literally right out of the hotel and it was £2.80 for us both - recommend this). The hotel is centrally located to shops and restaurants and only a 40 minute walk to the beautiful Catalan Bay. Our hotel room was spacious and well looked after - although a little dated. We had a twin room with second front room and television. The pool area was lovely and reasonably priced drinks from the bar. Our only complaint was that, on our third day, a different lady served us drinks. Despite a menu with prices, she overcharged us twice and on one occasion (despite us showing her the price list), still overcharged us - couldn’t be bothered to argue but bit of a dampener. She also spent most of her time smoking by the pool, despite signage saying ‘no smoking’. Our only gripe though so can’t complain! We had breakfast each morning and, although basic, staff kept it topped up and were extremely polite and smiley. The reception staff were also helpful in aiding us find things we didn’t know how to get to. All in all. A fantastic little break in a fantastic little hotel!

An extremely well positioned hotel with parking directly at the front door. The hotel is tired but the rooms are spacious but the location makes up for the general tiredness. A lovely small swimming pool and bar hidden away and tranquil. Breakfast was not included in the rates, so used a cafe in main street.
