E1 Suites & Spa Aparthotel Style - Gym & Spa

This is my review of your hotel: Things we liked: Hotel was very clean and the amenities were nice. parking was convenient. Nikki at the front desk was very nice but she has failed to respond to me about charges. Things we didn’t like: My granddaughter was to sleep in the living area on the sofa bed BUT the curtains provided no darkness. She ended up sleeping with my daughter in law and my son slept on the sofa bed. I had “the master” bedroom and I about froze during the night. The air-conditioning was way too cold. The bathroom had no plugs for the hair dryer so you had to plug it in by the bedroom by the night table. Very inconvenient. I could not get the correct temperature on the shower. One spray was freezing cold and the other was scalding hot. I could have been severely burned. Directions would be helpful for those of us that don’t have that type of faucet. Worst of all, Nikki quoted a price before we came but I was charged about $50 + more. I asked for an explanation a couple of times but I never heard back from any one. I would not necessarily recommend this hotel because of the negative things.

Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it so much! The apartment was lovely, bright and clean with a very comfy bed and pillows. We were on the 15th floor with a great view over eastern beach. The air conditioning was brilliant. The service was brilliant - Nikki was wonderful, so friendly and gave us some great recommendations for enjoying our stay and also assisted us with an early check in which was really appreciated. The spa is absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing and we went every day - it was never packed and adults only a truly tranquil place we enjoyed. Each time we booked the time we wanted and never had an issue. The apartment is opposite a little supermarket and near a bus stop. There isn’t much on the road it’s situated and it’s about a 20 minute walk to the town centre, harbour and airport. We walked to Catalan bay one day which was a lovely place and worth a visit. We couldn’t recommend this apartment more and the provided complimentary water, beer, red wine and tea/coffee which was just lovely.

Stayed here for a 4 night city break with friends. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything required. A lot of which / cooker, microwave that we did not use as the food in the restaurant on ground floor was lovely and it could be delivered to our room. Apartment ideally located, 15mi walk from airport, 5 min walk to Eastern beach. Bus stop right out side, which gave us a 10min trip to Casemates Square and the main High St. You can also walk this in around 20mins, all flat

We really loved our stay here, staff super friendly (Rebecca and young man at front didnt get his name) super helpful and kind. In general the hotel is clean, modern, spacious room with such a comfortable bed, we had a great sleep with no noise. Good tv channels, facilites everything you need. washing machine iron etc the lot. Spa was also beautifully done, really calming and pretty to relax. Would come again we enjoyed our stay, nice that its adults only too.

The apartment was immaculately clean and very spacious. The spa was super relaxing. I had a full body massage from Natalie and I can honestly say it was the best massage I've ever had. The restaurant serves delicious meals. Overall I would highly recommend E1 and I will definitely be back.

Arrived at the apartment block and was greeted by Nikki who was very helpful and professional. The whole apartment block was very clean and well maintained. I was allowed to check into my apartment ahead of the check in time as it was available. The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition with all amenities fully working. There were complimentary coffee biscuits water wine and beer available in the apartment which was a nice touch. The Spa for which we had access was excellent with a gym. pool, sauna, steam rooms, hot tub and a whole array of beauty therapies available. The apartment is within walking distance to the airport, the city centre, Ocean Village and the beaches on the eastern side of the rock. My stay although short was very enjoyable and I would recommend staying at E1 apartments.
